Saturday Share Time!

Hello hello! Grace here.

I hope this finds you safe, well and enjoying your Saturday.

Thanks for joining me for yet another Saturday Share artwork blog! The last one before Christmas 🙂 I can’t believe another year has flown by. I’m not even really sure what happened this year, or if I achieved much of anything at all. Hahaha! How about you? Ok ok. I’ll find some positives. But then you have to find some too! Just 3.

  1. I enjoyed being a bridesmaid at my little brother’s wedding and Maid of Honour at my best friend’s wedding this year. We’ve been collectively working towards them for quite awhile!
  2. Despite travel and enjoying life, I managed to pay off debt and even saved some money this year.
  3. My health has continued to improve this year (except for the slight back-throw-out-issue right at the end!)

There you have it! 3 things. And actually, quite impressive, when looked at properly. It hasn’t been a year of huge forward movement, or pivotal personal moments, but based on how 2023 ended (and started) last year, I think it’s pretty solid. And pretty positive! We must celebrate our wins, friends, no matter how small. Any kind of forward movement is a win. Let me know in the comments below 3 things you feel you’ve achieved this year. Maybe you got better at something in craft? Or helped support someone else well? It can be quite literally anything.

Now, let’s have a little looksie at the artwork I found this week! They’re really quite fabulous. Grab that cup of whatever soothes you and enjoy these beauties with me…

I love love LOVE them. Absolutely brilliant! Perfect way to wrap up the week, and year.

As you know, we’re winding down for Christmas. But there’s so much to catch up on! Have you been able to tune into our new Clarity Social TV shows recently? They air on both YouTube and Facebook.
And we’ve had a lot of shows recently! You can watch them whenever you want, wherever you are in the world! Explore more, HERE.

Don’t forget to stop by tomorrow for a fabulous step-by-step project, by the skilled Tina Morris!

Otherwise, join us on Christmas Day at 10am! 🙂

Travel gently, friends.
Lotsa love, Grace xo

Hi Grace, I am glad someone else thinks this year has flown by. What a fantastic selection of cards this week, so many ideas from both Facebook pages as well, it must have been hard to choose. I am going to carry on making Christmas cards whilst the number of birthdays is low at the beginning of the year so I can make full use of my stash of stamps & plates.
3 things I feel I have achieved this year are –
Managed to get to all 4 Open Days with the help of OH & family keeping an eye on mom.
Shared the things I have learnt with friends during play dates.
Enjoyed doing workshops during the year – plan to do more if I can next year.
Will check back tomorrow to see what Tina has lined up for us but meanwhile I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year. Here’s to a lot more crafting in 2025
Thanks Grace for all you do in the background – I don’t think people realise how much you do to keep us all safe on the Clarity FB pages xx

Hi Grace, excellent selection of cards again. This year has certainly gone very quickly and it only seems 5 minutes since last Christmas. My 3 achievements this year are getting married, improved health and being a Nanny again. I hope next year is a good year too.
Happy Christmas to everyone and a prosperous New Year. x

Hi Grace. Thank you once again for putting together my weekly drool over cards but imagine my surprise when I saw mine included. That was a lovely surprise. Three positive things from this sped by year…..1. I can see much better now my cataracts have both been removed. 2. Finally found out why I’d been feeling so rotten for so long – vitamin B12 deficiency and 3. Due to the Shac I no longer colour in like a three year old (well I don’t think I do).
Hope you and all the Clarity family have great Christmas you all deserve to & as Sue says above thank you for all you do background keeping us safe xxxx

This year has flown by. So much has happened I don’t know where to start but here goes.
    1. It was confirmed hubby’s problem was not cancerous.
    2. I’ve finally finished my catalogue of Clarity goodies.
    3. I’ve lost over 2-stone in weight. Yippee!!!
You have chosen some smashing cards as usual, don’t know you decide out of all the wonderful work submitted.
It was manic in the supermarket today but fortunately there was not much to pick up as we had pre-planned most of it. Just the turkey to collect Tuesday at 7.30am then it’s doors closed and our celebrations really begin, just for the two of us. Bliss.
    Merry Christmas to all.
Will be watching Barb on Christmas morning while we indulge in a late breakfast

Hi Grace – thankyou as always for the lovely art you have shared, definitely a great selection.

    My 3 positives.
    1. despite being poorly for 7 weeks now (a telephone appointment on Xmas eve for test results 😱)- I’ve managed to be kind of Christmas ready. If both mum and I are well I’m off to Austria on 29th.

    2. after 24 years living in our house we finally got gates at the side to stop little Jaxon my grandson escaping. 🤣

    3. we completed our first year of business and it’s going well. Retirement seems quite busy 😂

I look forward to reading everyone’s positives and it’s great to hear yours Grace. 2025 will be a good year! I’m looking forward to more craftiness with Clarity. Happy Christmas to you and your family.

Thanks for another round up of creative fabulousness, Grace – you always find gems that I’ve missed during the week!
I’ve tried to make counting my blessings a regular habit – good for my mental health. In terms of this year, though, my highlights are:
    – getting to work with your Mum on presenting (I’ve learned so much from her!)
    – a fabulous trip to Canada & Alaska with friends
    – the news that my son & his partner are expecting their first baby next month!
    Onwards & upwards into 2025!

I must admit I will be glad to see the back of 2024. I do have savings and three wonderful boys though and am looking forward to retirement next summer. More time for crafting. Thanks for picking one of my cards. Merry Christmas Grace and to all the family too. xx

Beautiful artwork as always! I am a bit late catching up with the blogs as I am recovering from a nasty virus! I hope your back is feeling better Grace!

This year has been challenging for me too!
    My 3 positives would be:

    1. Really enjoyed all the parchment craft I have been able to do over the year. I also enjoyed the open days in June and November too – such fun!

    2. Our son and his girlfriend went to Paris to watch the rugby 7’s in the Olympics and while they were sightseeing, he got down on one knee and proposed in front of the Eiffel Tower! She said yes!

    3. We spent a marvellous week in a lovely apartment overlooking the beach in Woolacombe, North Devon! Glorious, can’t wait to get back there!

The main achievement is that I have survived (I feel a song coming on)……..life is a gift! 💜
