Saturday Share Time

Hello hello! Grace here.

I hope this finds you well. Happy Saturday, friends!

Did you catch Mum’s Christmas Craftalong last night? Blimmin brilliant! A lovely way to spend a Friday evening, with calm & creative company.
If you missed it or want to rewatch the show, you can find it HERE on Youtube! It’s also on Facebook.

And HERE is a fabulous gallery of artwork samples, used in the Create & Craft show. We’d love to see your Craftalong artwork too! My email is grace@claritystamp.com

If you’d like to check out the Groovi plates being used in the video, you can find those HERE.

Anyway! As Mum was crafting away with you, I enjoyed her soothing voice while I finished up my collecting of your artwork. There were LOTS to choose from but I just about managed. It does get harder and harder each week. If you want to find more, it’s all happening over in the media folders of Clarity Worldwide and Groovi Worldwide. I picked out some glorious cards to share with you this week. They caught my eye, stood out and spoke to me for some reason or another! I’m no expert, but I think I inherited some of my Mum’s good taste for art because THESE ARE GOOD! And they’re amazing every week. Let’s have a look at this special gallery…

Dawn Rogers
Ann Varney
Sue Carpenter
Elizabeth Sykes
Amanda Cox
Ingrid Wheatley
Beverley West
June Ballenger Howell
Julie Lorraine Thomas
Julie Bradley Phillips
Clare Day
Lynda Hidderley
Matilda (Lynda Lee’s Granddaughter)
Ailsa Gaffy
Rachel Howkins

WHOA! Hold on, I’m going back to look again. C’mon!

Crazy good. A fantastic selection of artwork, all entirely unique and special. Thank you for continuing to share your work! I must say, some of you have such a specific style to your artwork I can name it from a mile away. Like, I know an Ann Varney card before I click the photo and see the name. And I can spot a Dawn Rogers card too… and not just because of her cute little animal friends posing with her artwork. So many of you have got your own style and flair.

I can’t be the only one that thinks ‘Ah that’ll be Julie Campbell’s work... yep!‘. I could list so many names that I can recognise now because there are so many individual styles amongst you. All starting out with the same or similar products too, yet the end results… all yours! I love it.

I hope that, whether or not you’re featured in this blog, YOU feel proud of the style you’ve created… or that you’re creating. It’s a constant work in progress. But it’s yours to enjoy and feel proud of.

Travel gently, friends. Who’s going to the retreats?! Travel safely too.

Lotsa love, Grace xo

Hi Grace, another week has flown by & its Saturday again !! Thank you for choosing my card using the waste from one of the club dies. I do like getting a twofer out of my dies – not always possible especially with the more intricate ones but worth a try.
Another great selection of cards again this week & as you say so many more back on the FB pages.
It was a great evening last night crafting along with your mom – I have now cut some ovals out to take with me to Kent in case I haven’t had enough crafting during the day I will have something to do in the evening. You can get 4 x the size 4 oval from an A5 piece of parchment – bargain.
Must go & finish packing as we are heading off today ready for Monday morning – my first retreat so looking forward to it.
Safe travels everyone lucky enough to be able to go & I am sure once the week is over & everyone has done the workshops we will be able to share some photos.
Will look in tomorrow to see what Groovi Sunday has lined up for us – I have done the frame from the week before last just need to do the middle. I have last weeks project to take with me.
Thanks again Grace for taking the time to do this blog, have a good week x

Thank you for including my ‘lady’. When it has cooled down a bit I hope to do some more. I do not want curly parchment!

Beautiful cards as always Grace, couldnt believe my eyes when i saw your lovely comment about my work! Really choked, not expecting that at all and i am truly humbled, hope you have a fantastic weekend. Loved the craft along last night even though i was watching without sound as my husband was watching the tv. Love hearing your mums voice but i had to have a giggle at the subtitles, still have half to watch so will do that later on. Stay safe xx

I love this week’s cards but particularly Ingrid’s “sea you” card. Would be good for “love you” card too 😀.

What a great selection again!! Ingrids card, so innovative!!! But I love them all!! And so good for adapting ideas. I am not having much crafting time at the moment, so quite enjoy looking for ideas for the future. Best wishes to all!
