Saturday Share: Make Art Every Day

Welcome to another Saturday Share!
This week’s blog is going to look a little different because we’re shining the spotlight on all the wonderful artwork you’ve been sharing as part of Barbara’s August Arty Challenge. It’s been such a joy watching the gallery grow day by day, and seeing how you’ve all interpreted the prompts in your own unique ways.
If you haven’t joined in yet, don’t worry, there’s still plenty of time! I’ll pop a link to the main challenge page HERE, where you’ll find all the details and can jump in whenever you’re ready.
One little note before we begin… there is SO much artwork being shared across our groups that collecting it all together is quite the task! I’ve done my absolute best to gather as many projects as I could find, but I’m sure I’ve unintentionally missed a few along the way. If your artwork isn’t featured this time, please know I tried my best! I also apologise for the order – It was impossible to show all the artwork in order of artists names, but I did manage to caption with your names! Thank you for sharing your creativity with us and for making this challenge such a wonderful success.
Another note! Moving forward, please try to add your challenge artwork to the album on Clarity Worldwide. Here are some instructions:
How to add your artwork to the Facebook album
- At the top of the Facebook group, just below the header image, you’ll see options such as Featured, Files, and more.
- Scroll across until you find Albums, then tap or click it.
- Open the album called Barbara’s August Arty Challenge.
- At the top of the album, tap or click the + (Add Photos) button.
- Choose a photo of your artwork and upload it!
If you’re having any trouble, don’t worry – just pop a message in the group and someone will be happy to help. 😊 Hope that helps.

What an incredible collection of artwork!
Every time I thought I’d reached the end of the challenge posts, another beautiful project appeared! It’s been such a pleasure seeing the different ideas, colour combinations, techniques and personal touches you’ve all brought to Barbara’s August Challenge. It really is a reminder that no two crafters ever create exactly the same thing.
A huge thank you to everyone who’s taken the time to join in, share their work and encourage one another along the way. It’s that generosity and sense of community that makes these challenges so special.
Before I go, just a little reminder that Barbara is back! 😊 After taking some well-earned time to recover from her recent surgery, she’s back in the building and we’ll be welcoming her back for our Sunday Clarity TV Show tomorrow. We’d absolutely love for you to join us, so if you can, pop the kettle on, settle in, and come and spend a crafty hour with Barb, Paul and myself (in the chat!). I know she’ll be thrilled to see you all there. It’ll only be an hour, instead of the usual 2. We’ll see though 😉

It was lovely to see Barbara yesterday with the new stamps, they say laughter is the best medicine if you haven’t had surgery! The drip on the lolly!!!!😂
BUT Barbara please listen to Dave and your body, as despite the brave, painted on smile I think you should still be at home recuperating.
I was wondering how you would be able to choose from all the amazing August Challenge arwork posted this week. I had trouble making sure I hadn’t missed anyone with a ❤️ like. You’ve done an amazing job here, Grace, well done.
It was lovely to see you Mum back yesterday although she did go over her alloted (by Dave) I hour. As you say “we’ll see” if Sunday is for just 1 hour.

What a wonderful mixture of beautiful artwork and no wonder you had difficulty. I agree that it was lovely seeing your Mum yesterday but I do hope she hasn’t taken on too much too soon. But that’s her and she knows her body. One day at a time !!!

Fab artwork, although I haven’t done any of the challenges I have been following and so inspired and I did something while watching Barb yesterday, it was a hoot! I think Barb was still under the influence of anaesetic or painkillers and it was a really cheerful hour plus – naughty as she went on further than the hour Dave had said! Loved hearing her laugh ! Have a good weekend x

Thank you for choosing not one but four of my mini makes. I have received my affirmation cards but daren’t use them yet!
Also I’m on holiday at the moment so only have a small amount of craft goodies with me!

Loved seeing Barbara’s show yesterday, but hope she didn’t find it too much, needs to still take care. Travel gentle all and have a happy weekend. xx

It was lovely to see Barbara back on telly but I hope she doesn’t do too much. It will take a bit longer than she would like for her body to fully recover so try to get her to SLOW DOWN. We appreciate her more than she realises but on Friday it seemed as though it was full steam ahead. An hour on Sunday will be great.

Hello, Hello Grace, your lovely blog on a Saturday never disappoints! First of all I would like to say a big Thank you to Barbara, your lovely Mum for giving us this fabulous little video a day for August!! I will be so sorry to not have it continue when we reach September! Hasn’t she done well! I have loved every waking moment to find another little gem waiting for us to emulate in some fashion. It has been really delightful. I also would like to thank all my lovely crafty friends for being so very generous with their comments and thank them all for their wonderful pieces of artworks too. What a stunning gallery of little keepsakes. I have felt so happy this week and I do genuinely feel that it is on account of doing these little makes each and every day. And to top it off a sale of the goodies as well! Clarity is the best and so thankful to Deb Wheeler who a while ago pointed me in the right direction to the FB pages. Here’s to another wonderful week ahead. Please send my best wishes to your Mum and try to keep her from overdoing it – having said that she was so happy the other day I could tell that doing a little bit of crafting lifted her spirits for just a short while. Grace, have a lovely weekend yourself – you have given us another fantastic Saturday blog. xx
Wow, what a superb gallery. Barb starts us off and away we go on our own little adventures. I have to say opening the day’s little video is one of the first things I have done each morning this week, once I have a cup of tea in hand of course. Barbara, look what you have unleashed, so much creativity and joy, I hope you feel very proud because it is all due to you. Roll on tomorrow for the next instalment.

I have learnt about techniques, composition, having a go at handling the stamping pens (love them); and so much more. Hi Grace, I have loved watching the videos every morning that your Mom prepared for us to do during August. The results on Facebook have been fabulous & a challenge for you to make sure you had them all to share with everyone on here, especially the people that don’t do Facebook.
My cards are out on the desk but that is as far as I have got, my crafty mojo has gone AWOL. My lovely mom passed away suddenly at the end of July & besides having to sort out the official stuff, it has taken the stuffing out of me. Hopefully I will get back to it asap as I do miss it & having these smaller projects to do will be a great way to start.
Looking forward to the show this afternoon – I plan to do the ironing whilst I watch!! On both counts Barbara doing just one hour & me doing the ironing – we will see 😂
