Our Saturday Share!

Hello hello! Grace here.

I hope this finds you happy and enjoying your weekend.

First thing’s first… if you joined us last night for the Craft Along with Paul Church & Linda Williams, thank you! They had some technical difficulties and though they did their absolute best under the circumstances (good ol’ tech!) we’re planning to reschedule the Craft Along for another time!

That’s great news for those of you who have yet to receive your plates. Apologies on order delays, we’re working as hard as possible at the moment but we’re up against it. We really appreciate your patience.
Top tip… if you have any worries or questions, please email me (Grace@claritystamp.com) or call Jeannine in the office (01732 868215). You’ll get an answer a lot faster that way, versus on Facebook or emailing the main business address.

I settled down on Friday afternoon, cuppa in hand, and took some time to look through the artwork shared on both Clarity Worldwide & Groovi Worldwide. It’s always hard to pick just a handful from the huge assortment of special cards, but I gathered my absolute favourites!

So, grab a cup of something lovely and enjoy these with me…

AMAZING! I think this week’s selection is pretty mind blowing really. So much talent and creativity. I hope you’re all able to see how beautiful your own work is.

I think most of us struggle with that often, I certainly do. I often won’t think something is good until someone else tells me it is. External validation and all that!

Many of us really depend on it, which is a shame, but I think that’s one of the reasons our Facebook communities are so important. You’re consistently lifting each other up and sharing positive opinions on each others work. This is the main reason why I enjoy doing the Saturday Share; I think it’s important to yell it from the rooftops when someone does something well. So…

THESE CARDS ARE AMAZING AND YOU’RE ALL INCREDIBLY TALENTED.

We must believe in ourselves first and foremost though, always. But what a fulltime job that is! 😉

Right, I better dash. We have a full Saturday with some friends and it’s Autumn in New York! The best time of the year they say. I better get outside.

I hope those of you attending the Clarity retreats next week have an amazing time! Enjoy yourselves.

Travel gently.

Lotsa love, Grace xo

Hi Grace, a real treat today with another great selection of art work from the last week on here & a blog from your mom as well. Its lovely to see so many people getting back into crafting & sharing their work. I feel we are our own worst critic when it comes to looking at our projects so it’s nice to get some positive comments & advice from others.
The sun is shining here & the sky is blue with autumn leaves blowing about in the breeze. Washing nearly ready to peg out & then I am going to sit down & have a card completion session. I have found quite a few pieces of Groovi ready for colouring, die cuts & stamped toppers so I can then see how many cards I actually have before starting anymore.
Enjoy your weekend with your friends in autumnal New York x

Hello Grace. Thank you for including my cards amongst all those beautiful pieces. You’re SO right, we ALL need a boost sometimes and I always manage to draw inspiration and encouragement from the Clarity “family”. Big up to you too as I have listened to “Invisible by Day” this week and thoroughly enjoyed it. You narrated it beautifully, and what a skill to have, to be able to portray each character with just your voice! I could see them all very clearly! Enjoy your weekend. Autumn in New York….it doesn’t get much better than that! x

Hi Grace can you help in determining which bauble DIE was used to make Val Hodgson’s cute card in your selection? It appears to be a question a few of us were pondering on! 🤔

Hi Jane, I spoke with Val and she told me that she picked it up from a Charity shop a while ago. It’s not Clarity, but the cute penguin inside the bauble is. xo
