Hi there, friends, how are you all doing?
Today is Friday which means it’s our Groovi SHAC sharing blog. So, appreciation please for the efforts below. It’s so cool to see everyone putting together the Groovi SHAC projects. And I know how long Groovi can take, so to put these together within a week is rather impressive. So well done and thank you to all the crafters below!
Now, you know me, I like a little competition, and I haven’t done one for a while! So, I thought it’s about time for another one.
If you’ve been watching Barbara’s SHAC Shack you have probably become familiar with the hieroglyphics, which, for the purposes of the competition is going to be useful. Because I would like you to decipher the code below.
I’ve written a word in hieroglyphics. I’d like you to translate this word using the hieroglyphics sheets that accompanied this week’s SHAC shack. You can download the sheet at the bottom of this blog or from our website. The download sheet shows you which letter of the alphabet matches which hieroglyphic so it shouldn’t be too difficult. When you get the answer, simply drop me a comment on this blog or email firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct answer. Once again, which word in English does the below hieroglyphic phrase translate as?
Simply click the button above to download the hieroglyphic translation sheet!
I’ll pick a winner in next Friday’s blog (which will also give me time to think of the prize – don’t worry, I’ll make sure it’s a good’n’)!
Well, that’ll do from me. Thanks for reading and good luck with the competition.
Bye for now,
