Saturday Share: Finishing August in Style
Hello hello! Grace here đ
Welcome to another Saturday Share!
Well, here we are… the final Saturday Share of Barbaraâs August Arty Challenge! How on earth did that happen?! It feels like five minutes ago we were sharing the first batch of artwork, and now weâre heading into the final few days of August.
What a month itâs been. Our groups have been absolutely buzzing with artwork, ideas, encouragement and people simply having a good crafty time every day! And I think that last bit might be my favourite part. Whether youâve completed every single prompt, dipped in and out when something grabbed you, or simply enjoyed watching from the sidelines, I hope the challenge has given you a little extra creative spark this month.
Weâve got one last BIG gallery to enjoy together today, filled with another fantastic selection from the August Arty Challenge. As always, Iâve gathered as much as I could find, but with the sheer amount of artwork shared across our groups, there will inevitably be pieces I havenât managed to include.
So, one last time… grab that cup of whatever soothes you, get comfy, and take your time with these. Letâs see what youâve all been creating!

And there we have it… our final August Arty Challenge gallery! â¤ď¸
What a brilliant month of making. Looking back over these Saturday Shares, the sheer variety of artwork has been incredible, but even better has been watching everyone encourage each other, share ideas, try new things and keep showing up creatively.
A HUGE well done to everyone who took part. And no, you absolutely did not need to complete every prompt for it to âcountâ! If this challenge got you to sit down and make something you might not otherwise have made, try something different, or simply spend a little more time doing something you enjoy, Iâd call that a win.
Of course, August isnât quite over yet, so there are still a couple more days to get arty! Keep sharing those final creations in the groups and cheering each other on right through to the finish line.
And a big thank you to Mum for setting us all off on this creative adventure in the first place. I think itâs safe to say you lot took the idea and RAN with it!
And if youâve been watching the August Arty Challenge from the sidelines with a little bit of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out!), why not make September your month to join in? The videos aren’t going anywhere.
Our Create Your Own Arty Affirmation Cards arenât just for August. There are 31 cards in the set, each with a positive affirmation on one side and a lovely blank canvas on the back for you to stamp, doodle, colour, collage… whatever takes your fancy!
Youâve now got a whole monthâs worth of Barbaraâs ideas and inspiration to work your way through too, so thereâs absolutely nothing stopping you from starting fresh on September 1st and having your very own Arty September. Who says August gets to have all the fun? đ
And if you love the idea of the cards but would rather enjoy the artwork than create your own, we also have the Original Artwork Edition, featuring Clarity artwork instead.
And as we wave goodbye to August, thereâs plenty happening at Clarity in the week ahead, so take a peek at the calendar below and see what weâve got coming up!

Speaking of which… Iâll be making a little art of my own this coming week, tucked away in a studio recording an audiobook! đď¸ That does mean there wonât be a Saturday Share next weekend, but Iâll be back soon.
Until then, take care and happy crafting!
Travel gently, friends.
Lotsa love, Grace xo

Well done everyone, thank to Barbara for all the inspiration you are trully amazing.
Thank you to Aunty Grace for taking the time to post all this artwork.
Regards
Janet Cummings xx
Thanks, Grace – another mammoth task for you but very much appreciated by us.
Hope all goes well with the book reading.
Take care xxx
Hi Grace.
Wow! Donât these all look fantastic together. What a great challenge and what a super collection of art.
I, for one, can say I have had the best time creating these little âmasterpiecesâ. Totally out of my comfort zone, clueless when it comes to stamping, but I have thoroughly enjoyed every dayâs session.
I will be starting again in September, perhaps not every day, but certainly having another go at the âdodgyâ ones!
Parchment is calling me back now the weather has cooled down, so I may even replicate on parchment. Who knows!
So, a huge thank you to Barbara for setting the task, and to you, Grace for your wonderful gallery. Take care all. Travel gently. X
Thank you so much for this lovely way to start the day! And thank you for taking the time to appreciate it all. So many good ideas to take forward and be inspired by.
WOW another great selection of beautiful artwork. Your Mum had a great idea (again!!).
Thank you Grace for sorting them out and putting them all together on August Saturdays.
Hope all goes well with your recording.
Take care.
What a lovely colourful display! This was a brilliant idea of Barbaraâs. I have done them all and was going to post the lot at the end of the month but I see youâve picked up my happy âaccidentâ.
Have a good weekend everyone. X
P.S. Why does my name keep adding a + in the middle? If I donât spot it it doesnât post. đ
