Jayne’s Bijou Dahlias Thank You Card

Ingredients

Jayne’s Bijou Framer A6 Stamp Set (STA-FL-11442-A6)
Nested Circles Die Set Clarity Fresh Cut Dies (ACC-DI-30667-66)
Nested Circles Picot Cut Die Set Clarity Fresh Cut Dies (ACC-DI-30680-66)
Nested Circle Scallop Doodle Aperture Frame-its Die Set (ACC-DI-31156-55)

Red Liner Tape (ACC-AD-30375-XX)

Method

Step 1. Die cut a topper from the Clarity stencil card using the 4” nested circles die. Die cut a mat from the black card using the corresponding nested circle’s picot die.

Step 2. Cut an aperture from the topper using the middle Nested Circle Scallop Doodle Aperture Frame-Its die.

Step 3. Using the Black Soot Archival Distress inkpad, add the Bijou Dahlia stamp (from the Jayne Nestorenko stamp set) into the centre.

Step 4. Colour the Dahlias using Faber-Castell Polychromos (#108, #111, #113, #115, #168, #267, #268).

Step 5. Mat up the topper and add it to the front of a 5” x 5” white card blank.

Step 6. Using the same inkpad, add Thank You at the bottom of the card using a stamp from Jayne’s Bijou Framer stamp set. And you’ve made a lovely card!

Thank you Sarah for this tutorial. As you say Grace it is nice to mix up the tutorials with a bit of parchment, dies, stencils and stamps. It is also nice to see a tutorial for a quick card that we all need every now and then so once again ‘thank you’ xxx

Congratulations Sarah on what I think is your first claritymatters Sunday project. Its nice to have a mix up of projects so everyone can have a go at something different.
I don’t have the bijou stamp but I am sure I can find another to fit such as a Poppet.
Have a good week everyone, I hope the snow doesn’t arrive in the north as forecast a few days ago as that means winter is definitely coming x
