Saturday Share: Another Wonderful Week of Artwork

Welcome to this week’s Saturday Share! The weekend swung around quick this week. How about yours?
It’s a very exciting weekend at Clarity Towers, as our Open Days are finally here! While I’m a little sad not to be there in person this time, I’ll certainly be thinking of everyone who’s travelled to Ditton and sending lots of love to our wonderful team, demonstrators, and everyone attending. I hope you all have the most amazing time together! FOMO!! (Fear Of Missing Out)
I’m also thinking of everyone who would have loved to be there but couldn’t make it this year. Whether it’s because of distance, work, family commitments, health, or life simply getting in the way, I hope this week’s Saturday Share brings you a little bit of that Clarity feeling from wherever you are.

What a brilliant collection of artwork this week (as always!). Every Saturday I’m reminded just how talented this little crafty community is. Whether you’ve been crafting for decades or you’re just trying something new… the detail, creativity, and imagination you put into your projects never fails to impress us. We appreciate you and your craft! It really is what keeps us going.
Thank you to everyone who shares their work each week. Your cards and projects don’t just brighten our day, they inspire fellow crafters too, and that’s what makes this community so special.

I particularly like The style of Elaine Baldwin’s white work on the butterflies. Embossing is not my favourite task, so it stood out for me.

Hello Grace, I’ve had a lay in this morning as we watched the Scotland game into the small hours! Lovely though to wake up and read your “share” which I love. Wonderful artwork from Clarity friends as always. Such detail in each card! I wasn’t able to get down to the open days but have enjoyed seeing the little reels. A lot of people having a lovely time. A wonderful team making it all happen – to be congratulated! They will all need a little rest afterwards. Thanks so much for sharing! Enjoy your weekend too, see you again next weekend! A lovely selection again Grace. You were missed at the Open Day yesterday. What a wonderful time we all had even though it was SO hot. How hard the Clarity team worked. I did a workshop with Janice and Sarah and made some lovely cards and watched Sam for ages. All seats taken around Eileen and Deborah which is not surprising, and Tina was kept busy too. I am sure Jane was busy too. Your Mum was up and down on her chair doing the raffle and keeping us all informed and Oh lunch was excellent too. Paul, Sheila and Sue were busy too and everyone else I have missed. Would have loved to have gone again today and tomorrow but would need a new body !! Looking forward to next year now. Take care.

Olivia, Leah and I not able to come to Ditton this year, we came to the Christmas last year.
Leah is having a baby boy any day now, fifteen years after her first boy. We will try for next years show at Ditton. I did watch Barbara on the chair on facebook and saw two of our members from our Lane End Craft Group who were in the audience.

I’ve only just had the chance to have a look at your blog as I have been in Ditton all weekend. I’ve had a great time, did all 3 make and takes yesterday, got so much inspiration from the demonstrations and met up with many Shac friends. Today’s inky workshop was really fun, although we were melting somewhat in the heat. Thank you to Barb and the whole team who put so much time and effort into these events.
I am aiming to finish off a few pieces and post them this week. Hope you’re enjoying the World Cup!
Hi Grace, I did read your blog on Saturday whilst having a sit down at the Open Day but only had my phone so thought I would reply later but didn’t mean to leave it until Monday morning !!

I really enjoyed my 2 days at Ditton, it was very warm on Friday but I think most of us made to 4pm – just. The DT demonstrating did a fantastic job passing on their hints & tips to us all. A few what if’s & going off piste but that added to the fun. New stamps & Groovi plates which will go on the website soon will be a great addition to the Clarity range.
It was also great seeing the numbers of younger people joining in growing.
Sorry you couldn’t be there in person this time but hopefully you caught up with the goings on with Jazz’s FB lives during the days.
