Saturday Share Time!
Hello hello 🙂 Grace here.
I hope this finds you safe, happy and enjoying your Saturday morning.
This week’s Saturday Share is slightly different, but a share fest nonetheless! It’s quite the gallery, friends. This week, Wednesday, was the first part (of three) of Barbara’s 1-2-3 Course on creating landscapes. And BOY, y’all made her proud.
First, before I show these beauties off… You can find the course HERE. It’s not too late to join in the fun and learning. It’s all pre-recorded for those that can’t make the Live shows, or for those that want to refer back at any time.
Now… let’s enjoy these works of art! This is just a small fraction of the those that joined in! Enjoy some of our gorgeous online community who share their inspiring artwork with us…

Aren’t they incredible? I love how unique they all are. Each and every one has it’s own little flair and details. But it’s amazing to me how magically epic they ALL are, with clear similarities. I may be a little biased here, but I think that points heavily at how good the teacher is! 🙂 I’m sure you agree. Please let me know what you thought of part 1 in the comments below!
And always, here’s the handy schedule for the week ahead…

They do look good! And such variety of execution!
hi Grace, thanks for the share. your mum is the best. she’s a patient teacher and explains everything so well we can all put our own little flare into the artwork. I for one really enjoyed the first lesson and look forward to lesson two then three xx
Morning everyone, thank you Grace for including not one but three of my efforts!!
I really enjoyed the first episode with Barbara and it certainly brought my mojo back!
I would definitely encourage any one sitting on the fence to join in as we always learn so much from Barbara and yes she is a great teacher! I’m so looking forward to the next session and the open days. Thanks again x
Hi Grace. I sat on the fence for quite a while before I decided to take plunge but I’m so glad I did it was brilliant. What I really enjoyed is seeing how people improvised, using what they had, but still achieving beautiful results. The other really good thing about is once purchased you can also go back to the pre-record any time to refresh your memory – can’t wait for this weeks session xxx
Hi Grace, what a fab display, can’t wait to have a go, got everything but couldn’t do it on Weds but did manage to watch most of it. As soon as I have a quiet period I’ll be having a go. Have a good weekend xx
Hi Grace. Really enjoyed session 1 and I think all the beautiful results here speak volumes for our teacher. The pace we went at was just right and many tips and tricks were learned along the way. It was so enjoyable. I have started to watch the pre record and suggest if you haven’t seen it to watch it too as there are a few minor differences which give us more options especially when blending. Thank you so much Barbara. Looking forward to module 2. X
Hi Grace, thank you for including my workshop piece along with the others. All have a theme but just a few tweaks that make them different. I don’t think you would find two identical ones even though we were all following the same directions which is what makes art so amazing. Thanks to Barbara for coming up with the idea as so many more could join in from all corners of the UK & the rest of the world. Where else would we all find a front row seat in a room full of over a hundred people !!
Looking forward to the next 2 sessions although I may not be able to do it all live but that is the other bonus the class is always there for us to go back to.
The warm sunshine has come back today but so has the pollen so not sure how long I will be outside for but I can always sit in the conservatory now I have decluttered it & enjoy the warmth.
Enjoy your weekend – hopefully the sun is shining in New York as well xx
Hi Grace
The artwork from the 1st online class for landscapes looks amazing. I love how they all have a similar flavour but all have their own signature! All the results I’ve seen are fab. I agree with you that it’s a testament to what a great teacher your mum is.
Can’t wait to see how everyone does in the second class.
Have a great weekend.

These are all fabulous! I’m catching up on the first session tomorrow afternoon with my sister xx
I enjoyed it and learned a lot x
I’m hoping to do the 1st online class tomorrow, as out with a friend for lunch on Wednesday. Enjoyed seeing all the fabulous art. xx
It was a very enjoyable time spent in the classroom with your Mum Grace – Barbara’s a great teacher 🥰
Bravo everyone who took part and posted photos of their finished pieces…..The artwork is stunning, and each unique piece worthy of a frame! 💕
Hi Grace, I love the On-Line Classes you learn so much and it’s fun being in the “room” with so many fellow crafters. Your Mum is a great teacher and her tricks and tips are invaluable. Looking forward to the next two Wednesdays.
Beautiful artwork!
All similar but each one different and individual!
A resounding success, I would say!
