A Grungy Saturday Share Blog!

Hello hello! Grace here

I hope this finds you all safe, happy and enjoying your Saturday morning.

I’ve decided to make the Saturday Share a little different this week! Mum and I were SO blown away by your artwork from the Craftalong on Thursday night, I just have to share these with you.

Grab that cup of something soothing and enjoy these with me.

First, let’s start with Barb’s artwork and some process photos…

And now for yours…

Jane Gradwell
Pauline Eden
Helen Stevens
Lillian Tilley
Angie Hills
Susan Proctor
Jeanette Walker
Julia Ranger

AREN’T THEY FANTASTIC? I went to go gather artwork on Friday afternoon and could not believe how many incredible prints you created, and so had to change our usual share. I’m sure there are more being made as I write this, but I couldn’t help but shine a light on your makes. It was a fun Craftalong too! You can catch up, HERE. And these stencils can be found, HERE & HERE.

Don’t forget, we have an amazing show lined up tomorrow afternoon. TWO HOURS of creative goodness with Barbara Gray, and I just love these products. I’ve put a blog together for 7am tomorrow, that will give you an idea of what’s being shown off during the show. And samples! I’ll see you there 🙂

Travel gently, friends.
Lotsa love, Grace xo

Hi Grace, Barbara and everyone, I love gelli plate art, especially with acrylic paint.
I so enjoyed Barbara’s craftalong-you are still a tonic to me.
There are some fantastic art pieces here and I’m honoured that you chose mine to post even though I haven’t got the stencils yet but I’m sure they should be with me soon and I will have another play.
Thanks again for all that you all do.
I’m gutted that I can’t make the open days this time but hopefully will next time.
    Enjoy yourselves next weekend xx

I too loved seeing the amazing results everyone was getting, no two the same. Playing with the geli plate really is a fun thing to do. It was a great session & although it was the first time for some they still got fab results. I for one will definitely be watching tomorrow afternoon. Bring it on xxxx

Hi Grace, what a lovely birthday surprise to see my craft along projects shared on here – thank you so much. Its great to see everyone’s end results that are all so different yet the same process was used – very unpredictable art as your Mom always calls it. Will definitely be checking in tomorrow for the 2 hour show to see what have been sneaky peeks in full action – & no doubt will end up in my shopping basket 😂😂.

Great to see everyone’s fabulous work, and so interesting to see all the different results. It was certainly a great craftalong! I’ve been playing with my gel plate and paints all day today as well! Bore off housework – I’ve got more fun things to do! 😂😂 I’ll be watching Clarity TV tomorrow and am looking forward to learning more about creating landscapes. 🌲🌿🌳

Thank you Grace for using my work. I haven’t used acrylic paint since I painted the garden shed, definitely not been brave enough to use it crafting. However since the craft along my desk is now a haven for very messy stencils and an incredible amount of backgrounds for future use. Thank you.

Well done you grungy arty lot!! What great prints. You all did better than me – my acrylic paint didn’t work too well or is it the worker blaming the tools. 🤣🤣🤣

I can’t wait to see what you all do with your art.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching Barbara show how it’s really done! I do play with the gel press but never done this technique . I plan on trying again after the open days where I aim to buy the proper ingredients.

I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s show. Love a landscape!

They are A_M_A_Z_I_N_G, I mean the 1st time for all , but I have to say it is the way Barbara uses Her unique way of explaining the process that all the above are very inspiring I also love to process and then the end results. WELL DONE EVERY ONE XXX
