Saturday Share time!
Hello hello! Grace here.
I hope this finds you well and enjoying your weekend so far!
My weekend has been a busy birthday one! My Mark is out of town for one of his best friends’ bachelor parties this weekend. So, guess what Grace is doing with her birthday weekend!? Well, she’s filled it with every NY friend imaginable.
This afternoon I am off to a ‘Paint & Sip‘ class in NYC with my good friend Claire. Essentially you get to paint some masterpiece whilst drinking cute cocktails. We shall see if it turns out to be a masterpiece or not! I suppose that depends on the cocktails.
I just craved a little crafty fun for my birthday. I find painting really relaxing, but I generally just do paint by numbers at home. Similar to many of you outside of the SHAC sessions, I have quite a lack of confidence in creating my own art. If you handed me a blank canvas and paint, I might panic a bit. But when following a guide, I suddenly have a stunning piece of artwork that I can’t believe I made. If the whole point is the relaxation part, then I’m OK with the guide part.
If it’s any good, I’ll share it with you! It’ll be fun either way, and that’s the point.
I enjoyed picking your artwork this week. I had a gander through Clarity Worldwide and Groovi Worldwide. You continue to impress!
Let’s take a look at my favourite cards of the week. Each one had something about it that grabbed my attention and appreciation. See if you can pick 2 things about each card that you like!

WOWSA! So many incredible cards were shared this week. It makes it so hard to choose.
Thank you for stopping by on Saturday morning to appreciate such special artwork. I do love seeing so much shared week after week. And lots of new crafters joining us every day.
But for now, I’m off to enjoy the weekend! The sun is shining in Brooklyn. What about you?
Don’t forget to catch the super-talented Tina Cox on Create and Craft this afternoon; at 1pm and 5pm. It’ll be a Groovi one! 😉
Travel gently, friends.
Lotsa love, Grace xo

Beautiful artwork yet again. Enjoy your birthday weekend. So glad you’ve got the sunshine it’s pouring down here in North Wales.!!
Have a lovely birthday weekend, sun might be shining here for 5 mins then it will rain for 10 ! Lots of rainbows yesterday though. Very blowy as well. Lovely work as usual there were a few I hadn’t spotted either. So many new people too – great to see xx
Thank you Grace for another great selection of cards & my cake which I realised even included the butterfly that was made with the die that was showcased yesterday with the new stamps. Like you I find it easier to follow a pattern or design than going freeflow but I am trying to move out of my comfort zone & experiment.
Your Paint & Sip class sounds exciting, let us know if the sips help the outcome of the painting or not !!
Enjoy the rest of your birthday weekend with your friends xx
Hello Grace, thank you for spending the time to show us wonderful artwork week after week. It’s so nice to see them all in one place. Hope you have a lovely girly birthday weekend xx
