Perseverance…

Hello hello! Grace here.

I hope all is well?

I had a customer recently message me and say that they were looking forward to seeing the cards on the ‘Saturday Share’ blog. And I have to tell you, I was chuffed to bits! This lovely little blog is gaining some traction. Consistency is key, you see!
And of course now I can’t NOT share your beautiful artwork. It’s become an expectation on a Saturday for some. How cool is that?

And this week, I’m raring to go… of course something has been off on Facebook. When I go to save your gorgeous files on my computer, like I always do, it wouldn’t allow me. Tried to restart the computer, nope. Tried to update Facebook, nope. Tried a different internet browser, nope. Tried a different computer, nope. Tried to leave it overnight and finish the job in the morning, NOPE. Technology has not been on my side this week. I know from manning the chat system, that many of you can relate to this hahah.

Soooo… needs must. I’ve been saving them onto my iPhone, and then emailing them to myself one at a time. C’MON. Now that’s perseverance. Clearly I reeeeeeally want to share your work. That, and I’m rather stubborn. I won’t let a Facebook technical glitch deter me. And they are really worth it!

SO… please check out this week’s FABULOUS cards! (that are now all saved to my phone too ha)

There really was no theme to follow this week… other than IMPRESSIVE. As you can likely tell, I like to pick an array from each group, Groovi Worldwide (which is FULL of parchment craft… obviously) and then also search through Clarity Worldwide, through the hundreds of toucans, for any inky/stampy cards that have been uploaded there too. It’s a fun little challenge every week… and there are no requirements. I pick and choose as I please.

If you ever feel overlooked, it’s because there are too many to choose from. Please feel free to send me your work too and it might end up on the blog! That alleviates any guilt of mine for missing people on occasion đŸ™‚

Don’t forget to watch my Mum on Hochanda this weekend.
Tune in to see those lovely O Framer stamps Sunday 2-4pm (UK time) and then the One Day Clarity Special, Sunday at 6pm (UK time).

Right, I’m off to enjoy the weekend! Happy Halloween đŸ™‚
*Moves 11 inches again and continues on with the weekend*

Lotsa love, Grace xo

    Lovely artwork again Grace.
My in-house computer guru (hubby) says that because of the virus people are using the internet more and on occasion wires get blocked/clogged because of the volume of taffic. On occasion I have been locked out of Google, had Clarity not recognised and been unable to pick up e-mails. Luckily not into other social media so not affected. Just have to keep trying.
    Stay safe.

I look forward to reading the blogs everyday but its nice to see the selection of cards you showcase on a Friday & Saturday. I always try & comment each day as everyone has taken the time to write the blog so its only right that we make the effort to respond even if its just a couple of words of thanks.
I have found Facebook has made a few changes this week to its format so things don’t seem quite so easy to locate. Keeps us on our toes I suppose !!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend – its grey & very wet here at the moment. We are meant to be having a socially distanced bbq in the garden for my OH’s 70 so hoping the weather forecast is correct as the sun is meant to come out at 1pm – we will see. At least we will be in the dry for the family zoom meeting this morning, must go & put the candles on the cake so our 2year old granddaughter in Wales can help blow them out x

Lol. All of eleven inches! You be careful going all that distance in a oner!! Lol. I wonder where you got that stubborn (in a nice way) streak from – perseverance, not willing to be beaten! I wonder! Lol. The cards are lovely as always. It is great to see such variety. Hope you have a lovely weekend. It’s wet, grey and windy here today. Time to batten down the hatches! Stay safe. Hxx

Well done on completing your assignment. I think I would have delegated to someone.
I am definitely not tech savvy. All the cards on display are an inspiration. Thank you for your patience

Well Grace – I am totally impressed with your perseverance. I am sometimes ‘technically challenged’ – it’s a constant learning curve for me. I love to read your blog posts, you can definitely tell who is your Mum! Lucky you! Hugs, Gilly x

Beautiful cards as always Grace. You really don’t give up, do you? I admire your perseverance because I’m a bit rubbish at technology so I’m not too proud to say I would have given up.xxx
