Hello hello! Grace here again…
Since lockdown began I’ve been ‘in charge’ of Facebook. And I’ve seen THOUSANDS of comments about how my Mum has helped so many through lockdown and beyond… and back into lockdown again 😉
I agree with you. The moment everything started to hit the fan, she got behind the steering wheel of the SHAC SHACK bus… 1 hour a day for about 6 months!! And she’s still doing Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays! Wow. What a trooper.
I can’t begin to explain how much time, effort and thought has gone into these sessions. And I know how therapeutic they’ve been these many months, for everyone. It stopped so many from feeling as isolated or alone. It helped to stop our washing machine heads. And kept us Safe, Happy And Creative.
Stay Home And Craft. And that we did, thanks to Barbara 🙂
And we’ve learnt some new skills, have we not?
So… now it’s time to show her how much we appreciate all of that hard work. She will hate that I’ve written this blog, because she doesn’t do it for the recognition. But let’s be honest, this pandemic has hit my Mum just as hard as anyone else… personally and business wise. So I’m posting it anyway!
I (as well as many others) think she deserves a medal. But… an award for Best Influencer would work nicely too!

Done. As said earlier the hardest part was choosing just five attributes. I had given up as couldn,t get it to work but then discovered you had to have a finger on the nominsation form and scroll it up! Just in case it helps others.
