This week’s Saturday Share is a little bit different. I’ve gathered together a selection of the birthday cards that were sent in for Mum. Not all of them, I’m sure (sorry if yours is missing!) but everything that was scanned in and ready to share. And honestly… what a collection! So many beautiful cards, and so many familiar names too. It’s really quite something seeing them all together like this. Such a thoughtful, generous outpouring of creativity and kindness.
A big thank you as well for all the birthday wishes for Monday just gone – they really did mean a lot 💛 It’s been a nice week!

Aren’t they just beautiful?
There’s something so special about a handmade card. The time, the thought, the care that goes into creating something just for someone else. Seeing them all together like this really brings that message home. It’s a lovely reminder of what crafting is all about! And what better excuse to create than a Birthday!
If you’re feeling inspired and fancy getting stuck in, there’s a wonderful online workshop with Barbara/Mum happening today, all about acrylic paint. You can still join in, and you’ll be able to go back and watch and craft along in your own time too. You can check that out HERE.

What a great and varied selection of fabulous cards. Barb /Mum must have been well chuffed to receive these and more which show just how much crafters have gained from her teaching and inspiration.
I have booked for the Acrylic course but having trouble accessing the circle. I would like to watch it on TV but how? I’m not very savvy with technology. Will have to try again later.

Hi Grace, catching up whilst on our lunch break. This morning was great fun, I have painty card on every flat surface in my craft room. I knew those unpacked boxes would come in handy 😂😂
A great selection of birthday cards from everyone for your mom, thank you for sharing them here for us to peruse as they were briefly shown in the SHAC last Monday just as I was leaving to take mom to the hospital. It was a nice surprise to hear my name read out just as I was going to press the off button.
Glad you have had a nice birthday week as well & now you can look forward to becoming an Auntie in the coming weeks.
