The Saturday Share is BACK!

Hello hello! Grace here.

I hope this finds you safe and well?

I’ve been back at work this week, with the help of jetlag! Your girl is wide awake at 5am NY time and asleep by 10pm. We’ll see how long that lasts!

I had a wonderful week visiting with my grandmother in France! It was much needed.

My paternal grandmother is also called Barbara. Other than her eyesight loss, she’s in fantastic health at 82, and so I foresee these visits becoming a regular part of life for many years to come. She loved getting to the coast and really enjoyed herself, so I’m feeling very accomplished in the granddaughter department… for now! We got some very good quality time in and I rarely left her side.

I hope you’ve had a good couple of weeks. It’s nice to be home for a hot second, with no big travel plans. I’m back on the diet! And back to reality for a bit. It’s all about balance. I’ll share more photos another time, but I’ve got a job to do and oh boy, you’ve made it harder this week!

Whilst I was away there was LOTS of gorgeous artwork shared for the #SayItWithFlowers event.

So, on Friday I settled down with a cup of tea (or 3) to work my way through the hefty amount of epic cards. I selected just a handful and would love to share them with you. Prepare to be IMPRESSED!

Wow wow WOW! What a talented bunch you are. Really. Every single one of these cards leapt off the screen at me, and I just couldn’t resist. They are exceptionally beautiful, thank you for sharing them with us!
This is just a small percentage of the artwork shared over the last couple of weeks, which is just nuts. If you want to explore more, you can check them out here and here.

You’ve also continued to share your uplifting Sunflower and Peace for Ukraine artwork. Of course you have. It’s certainly not over, and they certainly still need our help. Thank you for not losing interest. We’ve collectively raised an impressive amount of money, and we’re certainly not finished yet either! You can find more information HERE. Have a look at these uplifting beauties…

Absolutely wonderful. Thank you for your continued support and good energy. Collectively we can make a difference, as helpless as we feel.

Right, the weather has improved in Brooklyn the last few days and I’m off outside to make the most of it! How lucky we are to live where we do.
I hope you can get outside and enjoy yourself too.

Travel gently, friends.

Lotsa love, Grace xoxo

Hi Grace, glad you had a good trip to see your Grandma in France. Weather here has been quite nice most days, yesterday was very windy but so far no sign of the sun today – just high pollen so sneezing & eyes itching. A day to stay in doors & catch up with crafty projects. Another great selection of cards on your Saturday share & there were some amazing ones over last weekends ”Say it with Flowers”.
Enjoy the sunshine & I will look in tomorrow to see what project is lined up for us this week. xx

Hi Grace, glad you have a lovely time with your Grandma, time very well spent. Beautiful work as usual, it’s been nice to share some old work too. Tend to forget how much and what I’ve done over the years so it’s been a good look back xx

Hello Grace. So glad you had a lovely, well deserved break and have arrived back safely. You are quite right about the simply stunning artwork that been shared over the last couple of weeks. Who would have thought that with hundreds of people using the same stamp set that the artwork would be so diverse yet all stunning. Have a good weekend xx

      Dear Jane,
I loved the alphabet card. Exquisite. They are just the right size of alphabet symbols I use
for individual cards and I use them on coasters. I buy books of alphabets.
But these are the best I have seen.
Do you sell the patterns please, for these floral alphabet symbols?
If you do please may I buy some, I will pay postage as well as costs.
If you do not sell – I do wish you great designs and pictorial art.
      Thankyou.
      Kind regards,

    Hello Grace,
I am so glad you had such a lovely time with your grandmother. It has been 36 years but I still miss mine.
Such a lovely array of cards again but special mention must go to our East Northants Groovi Group friend and member, Heather Knight. Heather has had a tough week so I hope seeing her creation here helps just a little bit.
    Love

Lovely to hear you had a wonderful time with your grandma. A lovely surprise seeing my sunflower bookmark included in this amazing collection of creativity. I recently lost my best friend ‘Dillon’ my jack russell. He was also my hearing support, so he has left a massive void in my life. After watching Barbara on SHAC SHAC she gave me the inspiration I desperately needed. Thanks to everyone in this amazing crafty family which keeps us ‘together’ when life gets tough.
    Lots of love ❤
    Heather
