More Sunflowers, More Peace

Hello hello! Grace here.

I hope this finds you well and enjoying your Saturday.

It’s Birthday season in my world at the moment, so it’s pretty nonstop the next few weeks. Mum’s Birthday was March 13th, followed by my Mark’s Birthday yesterday on March 18th, then it’s my birthday on March 23rd. Round that out with my little brother’s 30th on April 1st and I am… BROKE! Hahaha.

So of course, it’s Go Go Go! In a couple of weeks’ time, we fly to San Francisco to celebrate the 30th Birthday boy properly. It’s a big one innit. Looking forward to it! But plenty to do between now and then. Like, make sure this weekend’s birthday festivities goes smoothly and then turn 32 myself 😉 We’re very lucky to live where we live.

How about you? Got any plans for the weekend ahead?

Last week we gathered the Sunflower artwork that you’d been making for Ukraine. You can see those beautiful early pieces HERE. And this week you continued to blow us away by sharing more of your special artwork throughout the week. So I have more to showcase!

We stand for Peace at Clarity. And I think these cards (as well as the donations made by purchasing the products) show how very much you all care. It’s moving really. Thank you.

Let’s have a look…

So beautiful. I’m quite moved by these.
I’ll let the artwork speak for itself, for it really does.

Travel gently…

Lotsa love, Grace xoxo

Hi Grace, just checked in on the off chance you would have posted earlier than usual & yeah you had!!
Another great week for the lovely sunflower stamp – all on the same theme but each one different.
Your March birthdays are like our Oct/Nov ones – have a great time celebrating with your Mark & then your brother at the end of the month. We also have double up of names in our family. In the oldest 2 generation of 5 people there 2 Ian’s & 2 Barbara’s !!

    Take care
    Sue xx

      Hi Grace,
Isn’t it amazing how many different ideas we have all come up with using the same stamp set. So grateful for such a beautiful way to donate.
      Love,
      Linda x

As you say Grace, a wonderful set of cards, and no two alike. Who would have thought that you could get so many variations with just a couple of stamps.

Happy Birthday to you and Mark hope you both have wonderful days. March is birthday month for me also sister, sister in law, brother in law, daughter, granddaughter and great niece. Thank you for showing my art it is amazing what can be achieved with two stamps a mask and some polychromos. I must add that none of it would have been achieved without the free tuition received by your mum via the shac.xxx

Hi Grace, lovely sunflowers, I’m still waiting for mine so haven’t done anything – I have done other things related though. Birthdays here too, Mum and nephew were 10th and hubby’s was this week on 15th then a friend’s 50th beginning of April. A rest then till May ! That will be good to meet up with your brother again wont it. We had friends over from across the road today, she made hubby a cake, they’re from Sri Lanka, we asked if they were going back for a holiday this year, no they said, power cuts, no fuel, rising costs – you tend not to hear these things in the news so I’m going to have a ready about that too. All because greedy, corrupt government I’m told….. The whole world is upside down at the moment I fear. We must count ourselves lucky and enjoy what we have x x x
