Friday SHACin’!

Hi there, friends, how are we all doing today? It’s Friday and we’re all feeling rather chipper. Maybe it’s how well TV went yesterday. Maybe it’s looking forward to A Moment of Clarity, or maybe it’s how fun the Egyptian SHAC project was. It could also be the announcement of the winner of last week’s competition?

In reality, it’s all those things, right? Nevertheless, we do need to announce a winner and I am excited to do just that.

If you remember, last week I asked you to decipher the hieroglyphic code I gave you. And, of course, there was not a wrong answer provided. Smartie pants’ you all are. Anyway, the answer is below. I created a little animation answer reveal. It’s pretty self-explanatory, but do watch it through for confirmation of the correct answer.

Did you get it correct? Of course, you did! Clear as day, right? Or should we say Clarity as day?

And no, before you ask, I haven’t forgotten to also announce the winner, I’m just going to make you wait for it until the end of the blog. Meanie, I know…

Because first, it would be lovely to share this week’s selection of super SHAC samples from you guys over on Facebook. We’re up to Groovi SHAC project #43 which you can download below if you haven’t already. Here is what you’ve come up with for project #42. There are a couple of projects done by a lady called Penny who has recently shared some older projects and one by Dee French who has shared #28. But we don’t mind one bit. If it’s last week’s or the week before, or the very first one, share it and I’ll post it here. Because it’s lovely to see the projects actually being done and used and appreciated. So a big thanks to Penny, Dee and everyone else who shared.

And yes, A Moment of Clarity is back. The premiere went so well we just had to continue. It was a moment of magic, not just a moment of Clarity and we all enjoyed it so much. So thanks for watching last time and we hope to see you again at 3pm. Barb will be live at 3pm on our Facebook page, in exactly the same way as you watch the SHAC Shack. If you click either of the graphics below, you’ll be directed to the videos section of our Facebook page where today’s A Moment of Clarity should appear for you at 3pm sharp!

Barb will be launching some truly elegant designs during the hour, and will be guiding you through some bespoke projects designed especially for use with these stamps and Groovi Plates. It’s the SHAC Shack Holland Windmill and complementary Buttons designs which Barb will be showcasing for you, and if you were able to purchase these during the week and the postie got to you in time, you might even be able to craft along with Barb at the same time πŸ˜‰

See you there? We hope so!

Right, ok, I’ve kept you waiting long enough, here’s the winner. Please put your proverbial hands together for:

Congratulations Olwyn Hopkins!

Nice one, Olwyn. If you email gallery@claritystamp.com with your address, I’ll pop a little something in the post to you as your prize.

Right, I think that probably is enough from me. It’s been a long post so thanks for bearing with me. I do hope you’ll be tuning in for A Moment of Clarity and enjoy it very much.

Bye for now,

Stuart

Have loved having a go at groovi downloads. Have had a go at most of them though not always with correct plates.
I get a thrill everytime I recognise one of my cards in the gallery.
Thank you for all the inspiration and tuition.
Thanks to all at Clarity for everything you all do for all your followers

Congratulations, Olwyn! Thank you, Stuart, and everyone who shared their work. The windmills were far too worrying to craft with but the projects were wonderful. The nine minute sell out on Thursday was astonishing. Is Steve ever allowed out?

Thank you very much for all the lovely inspiration that you publish very week. The Groovi SHACs are so helpful and inspiring and even if you don’t use the plates used you can still use the ideas and produce stunning cards. Thank you to everyone involved, for sharing, for affirming and for simply keeping going. Stay safe and well and keep crafting!
