Make a Wish Come True

Hi there, Steven here.

I hope the sun is shining where you and are well?

What’s on the agenda today here at Clarity?

Well, we’re midway through our One Day Special on Hochanda. Have you been watching? Not to worry if you haven’t yet managed to watch either of the shows from last night, we’re on again today at 8am, 12pm & 4pm with our fabulous ‘Make a Wish’ designs if you’re looking for a craft fix! There are four designs that make up the set, each with its own charming appeal and perfect for an array of projects. If you desire this set it’s available in either die or Groovi form. Paul Church is the designated driver for the shows and will be busy crafting beautiful demonstrations throughout the day for your crafting pleasure. Enjoy!

Moving on, did you know we’re fast approaching our Birthday?

Another year has flown by. We’ll be 27 years old, in fact.

That’s almost as old as I am!

It’s very impressive what Barbara has built here at Clarity over this time and it would only be fair to bring you a bumper week to celebrate. This week we’re busy planning our celebrations. More will be revealed in the coming days. What I can tell you is there will be some fantastic product launches and maybe a cheeky slice of cake, too!

We do love a cake here at Clarity…

Definitely, something to look forward to.

That begs the question… How long have you been following us for? Are you new to us this year, or maybe you’ve been with us since the beginning, we’d love to hear when you joined the Clarity family?

I’ll leave you that one and I look forward to reading your comments.

Have a lovely day.

Clarity Matters. It really does.

    Hello Steven.
A beautifully sunny day in North London – quite a change from yesterday’s rain!
I’m a relative newbie to the Clarity Family. I “found” you through a blogging friend 3 weeks after the SHAC shack started. I am an avid fan now. I only buy from your company. Dread to think how much I’ve spent lol. Hey ho who cares……one day at a time.
    Have a good day.

Hi Steven, it’s strange but I cannot recall how long I’ve been following Barbara but it’s been in excess of 15 years. Recall her on C&C as well as seeing her demo in Harrogate (Grace on the stand too) and the NEC. Read her blog daily (although I don’t always comment). The longevity and success is down to the hard work she puts in on our behalf. Wishing all at Clarity continued success.

    Good morning
I’ve been following Barbara, and buying Clarity products, since Barb was on C&C – can’t even remember how long ago that was but i watched all her classroom lessons. I’ve also been joining in with the Shac-Shac since day 1.
The whole Clarity team are fab!
    Thank you.

Hi Steven, lovely sunny day in South Yorkshire after the rain yesterday & during the night. I joined my first Clarity stamp club in 2004 after watching Barbaras demos at shows prior to that. Thoroughly enjoyed the regular news letters and now never miss a blog. Wishing Barbara and all the team continued success in the future.

    Hallo there
I met Barbara for the first time at a small exhibition in Croydon, organised by stamp addicts,. It was during the petrol crises and not many stalls were there. I supposed it must have been in 2001 or there about.
    Lots of love from Switzerland

Discovered Clarity stamps 19 years ago, there were a few in the shop where I ran workshops. They didn’t stock many but I found more in an out of the way craft shop on a farm where the craft and demo areas led through to a wonderful afternoon tea area.
I started to watch Clarity on Creat & Craft and was delighted to switch to Hochanda. I have UMPTEEN stamps and stencils and started buying Groovi and the dies from the first releases. I also joined all 4 NDC’s. To say I am a fan is an understatement and we have spent a fortune including buying a new book case for added storage.
We have been isolating since the end of January and Clarity (all aspects) have been my life line not to mention saving my sanity. So a big thank you to all – you are stars. 🤩
Lookinf forward to the Birthday events.
Stay safe, stay well, stay happy. 🍒

I only discovered Clarity on Hochanda two years ago and I’m sure I now have shares in the company!!! I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else because clarity means quality and the service is second to none. I met Barbara at Leyburn last year and at the SEC in March and had a great few days there. I have loved the SHAC Shack and acquired a new skill set, thanks to Barb. Keep up the good work, folks. Hx

    Hi Steven,
I have had the pleasure of knowing and being with Barbara and Clarity since she first set up her “little” stall outside of Marks & Spencer in the Hempstead Shopping Centre all those years ago. Not sure if Barbara thought it a “pleasure” when the weirdy bearded man ran up excitedly shouting about “answering Stampers’ prayers with transparent stamps” and “you must do the Commonwealth Institute show” but that moment has led to an amazingly creative life for me and I am very grateful. The stamps, stencils, dies, Groovi and now SHAC shack have certainly given me creative wings so that all the innovation, inspiration and above all friendship from Barbara and the whole Team Clarity have allowed me to enjoy “flying to undreamed of creative worlds”. As someone once said, it is not the voyage or destination that counts in life’s journey but the company you keep along the way! And what better company than Barbara and Team Clarity – you are simply The Best!

    Hello Steven
I first came across Claritystamp and Barbara at the Commonwealth Institute way back when.
I’ve been a BIG fan since then, got all the NDC stamps from no1, then added the stencils and not forgetting the Groovi plates too.
Love the products, quality and the sharing of tips, ideas, techniques, service and friendliness from all at Clarity, best company by FAR!!
Looking forward to the birthday celebrations.
ps, I do have a few dies too 😉

I think I’ve been following all things Clarity for over ten years. My first introduction was watching her demos on C&C when I was recovering from a bout of flu. I’ve been hooked ever since.
When my diary has permitted I’ve come down to a couple of retreats, said hello at the NEC, recommended Clarity to more people than I can count, and buy ‘all my gear’ from Clarity because it’s the best 🙂
Thank you Clarity, you’ve changed my crafty life, for the better

    Hi Steven,
I am not sure how long I have been following Clarity but I am so grateful I do. I do remember Barbara on C&C. It has been a fabulous time and continues to be the absolute best investing time and $ with the Clarity Team. I admire and appreciate Barbara and the Clarity Team – your kindness, passion and creativity are impressive. I live in Canada so unfortunately did not attend any of the in person events. Clarity is a fantastic part of my daily routine and has been for years- which I love. I read the blogs daily – I learn, laugh, sometimes cry happy tears, am always inspired and encouraged that I can create. My Clarity crafting supplies (I have lots) are the very best I own – the quality is outstanding. When I craft with my Clarity products I always think of the Clarity Team and am grateful that I am a very small part of the Clarity world and can support you in a small way. Thank you to Barbara and the entire Clarity Team for your amazing dedication, hardwork, passion, kindness, love, creativity and care/concern for your supporters. I appreciate and thank Barbara and Team for being real and human – the sharing of your thoughts, feelings, and real world goings in your writing on the blogs really makes me think and put things into perspective. I remember one recent blog where Barbara wrote that a friend told her years ago when she was having a hard day (my words not Barbara’s) …. “Barbara you have got to turn this around….these words stuck with me especially during these challenging times and I often use if I feel in a slump or just off – the words do bring me back to a better frame of mine. Thank you Barbara for sharing.
The SHAC SHAC is brillant – thank you Barbara – I so appreciate your positivity, humour, talents and willingness to share. Learning, laughing and having fun is the best- thank you for creating this daily experience.
It truly is a challenge to express my overwhelming appreciation for the incredible difference you have made in my world. Thank you!

Hi Steven, gorgeous day in Northamptonshire today, the sun is shining yet it’s not too hot thankfully!
I’ve been following Barbara and Claritystamp for about 25 years now. I found Barbara at the NEC Birmingham one November a year or two after I had started paper crafting and I joined the stamp clubs then and continued with them for quite a few years. I had to stop for a while because of finances but I’m back in the stamp club as well as the stencil club and still learning and loving the journey thanks to Team Clarity and Barbara 💘 to you all xx

My friend and I first ‘found’ Barbara in 1994 (different surname and company name then, but still Clarity!!) when my friend saw her at a Savacentre in Gillingham, , and suggested we come down from the Bromley area where we then lived, to see her at a Tunbridge Wells shopping mall after seeing an ad in one of the many craft magazines then available. We were both hooked on her corners (and we still have them, plus a green inkpad that still works!!) and followed her to various craft shows held mainly in Kent, and hugely increased our Clarity stamp collection. A nativity scene with palm trees I got at a show still gets used regularly each Christmas. , So it’s 26 years since we first joined the Clarity ‘family. Happy 27th birthday -we must have been among the early customers!

How lovely for you to read the appreciative comments – Barbara you are a star and Clarity takes after you! I remember seeing you at the Commonwealth Centre, but don’t remember the year; also came to a retreat day somewhere near East Grinstead, with a friend. There was Worthing, Brighton and of course London, and I have really missed the big shows this year. More power to your elbow, Barbara and Clarity! Been pleased to have been at the Shac shack every day!

I think that I discovered Barbara about 3 years ago through one of those random Youtube video suggestions. I was intrigued and looked her up and discovered Hochanda. I’d never seen craft TV before and was instantly hooked. I kept watching Groovi shows and thought it looked wonderful, but it took almost another year to make my first purchase. (I live in the US, so I hesitated to purchase overseas as returns just are not an option) After that, I discovered your stencils, your dies and then finally this year your stamps. All are fabulous quality. Wish I had known about your company earlier.

Congratulations on 27 wonderful years. I hope to get to one of your weekends someday.

Been following Barbara for years now, not sure how many. Used to watch her in awe at the NEC using the brayer with the Big 3 colour inkpads. Took a few visits twice a year to pluck up the courage to do stamping. Eventually I bought her DVD’s well my daughter did, for a present. Later I saw her at Ally Pally and finally got talking to her and bought the corner stamp after watching her demonstrate it. That was the start of buying her stamps. Followed “In the Classroom” when Clarity was on C&C, then Hochanda. At one time I was in 3 of her clubs, but never seemed to get around to all the projects. I now I buy only what I think I will use. Clarity, stencils, stamps, groovi, dies and everything in between. Think I am hooked good and proper. Wonderful company, great value, fantastic products and amazing customer service. Without my Clarity and Barbara’s Shac Shack I don ‘t think I would have survived this lockdown. Long may Clarity continue.

I first met Barbara at Farnborough when my, I think about 12 year old (now 27), daughter was excited to see her and asked for her autograph. We’d seen her on the telly for some time before that. We both then did a class at Newbury racecourse when I joined the stamp club at about number 60. (Can’t check because I’m on holiday.) I’ve been with the SHAC Shack since day one and sad I can’t join live today for the 100th as we are travelling home. I’ll have to catch up over the weekend. It’s been an absolute joy to be part of the Clarity family all these years. Thank you to each and every one of you. Xx

I have been following Barbara for a lot of years and actually saw her two years ago at Birmingham where I actually won a card that Barbara made. I have been with the shac shack since day one. I think the team at Clarity are brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything.
