Season’s Viewings & Elf Hunt Clue #21

Hi everyone, Jordan here. I’ve spent some time today leafing through the TV Times with a nice Hot Chocolate, circling some upcoming films I’m planning on watching over the Holiday. It’s really put me in the swing of things! Festive as-you-like 🙂

What do you have planned on the viewing schedule? Any annual festive viewings planned? For example, every Christmas without fail, I watch the following four films; The Great Escape, It’s a Wonderful Life, a Muppet’s Christmas Carol, and of course, Die Hard (some people don’t recognize The Great Escape or Die Hard as Christmas-appropriate films, but that’s ok. To each their own 😉 ). I also always try to catch some re-runs of Christmas classics, like some Morecambe & Wise and the Two Ronnies. Oh, and Only Fools and Horses, of course!

I also have a real soft spot for the Peanuts Christmas special. I’ll be digging out my DVD copy of A Charlie Brown Christmas, and while I’m at it, I’ll find my copy of the Rankin/Bass classic, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer 🙂

Leave us a comment below, and let us know what you’ll be getting around to watching this Christmas holiday.

I recon it’s time for an Elf Hunt Clue… where is Misself hiding out today?

Best of luck, hunters 🙂

Clarity Matters. It really does.

Until Tomorrow, all.

Jordan x

Love watching Christmas movies, start when they first come up on the various channels. My favourite Miracle on 34th Street, but also an Only Fools and Horses fan. Bx

Muppet Christmas Carol is on the top of my list. For years now I’ve also gone to a live performance of Christmas Carol. I always tear up at the end. It’s such a wonderful story. I also love Nightmare Before Christmas and Robbie the Reindeer Hooves of Fire. I hadn’t seen A Charlie Brown Christmas in years, but just got it out of the library last night. I play the music from that show every year.
