Weāve also been absolutely bowled over by your amazing response to our recent sale ā thank you! š But we are starting to receive complaints about delays and how long those sale orders are taking, in some cases. Here’s our PSA:
Because we make everything in-house ā Groovi plates, stamps, stencils, the lot ā when something sells out, we make more to honour the orders already placed. That takes a little time, especially after such a busy week. So if your order hasnāt arrived yet, please donāt worry ā itās safely in our system, and weāre working hard to get it out to you as quickly as possible. We know waiting can be frustrating, especially if youāre new to Clarity, but we promise itāll be worth it when that parcel lands on your doorstep š

I must say I am very impressed by the art work from young Grace aged 9, I think she is going to be one to watch in the future.

Thank you Grace for sharing these this week. I donāt know as my dear Dad always used to say āyou can please some of the people (amazing sale with lots of bargains) some of the time but not all of the people (complaining about the dispatch of items) all of the timeā. I am more than willing to wait to get my goodies at such a brilliant price. If I want them yesterday then I should be prepared to pay full wack for them. Xxxx

Hi Grace, thank you for including my card in Saturday Share this week. I turned my laptop round to show my husband & he said ”Oh is that my card” – sorry Grace I forgot to add what plates I had used. I added the balloons from the BIP plate 42524 as I felt the gap needed filling & the fact you can turn the Groovi plates I managed to get the ladders & painters at the right angle. One ladder is upside down !! I also used the A4 Dotty Lace Frames 42266.
Looking forward to tomorrows shows to see what more your mom can do with the new BOW WOB papers & stamps.
How can people complain about the delay in orders when they are getting them half price & unlike most sales their order will be honoured even if Clarity need to make more. As your mom often says Clarity isn’t a big company with a turn around like Amazon. Trouble is this seems to happen every time – I think some people just like to moan or don’t bother to read the blogs or other FB posts that keep us up to date with the situation at Clarity Towers xx
Another lovely Saturday Share. I think the complainers must be new to Clarity and donāt realise that sometimes they have to wait for part of their order to be made. Still, shame they feel it necessary to complain at all! Our postal service is so poor that Iām surprised if anything arrives on time so Iām just happy to receive my order š. xx

In the past I have had orders dispatched the same day they were placed and seldom waited longer than 4 days, so when we get a super sale like this it takes as long as it takes. I am happy to wait.
The cards shown here are beautiful. I can see a great future for 9 year old Grace both in crafting and art.
