We’ve also been absolutely bowled over by your amazing response to our recent sale — thank you! 🙏 But we are starting to receive complaints about delays and how long those sale orders are taking, in some cases. Here’s our PSA:
Because we make everything in-house — Groovi plates, stamps, stencils, the lot — when something sells out, we make more to honour the orders already placed. That takes a little time, especially after such a busy week. So if your order hasn’t arrived yet, please don’t worry — it’s safely in our system, and we’re working hard to get it out to you as quickly as possible. We know waiting can be frustrating, especially if you’re new to Clarity, but we promise it’ll be worth it when that parcel lands on your doorstep 💌

I must say I am very impressed by the art work from young Grace aged 9, I think she is going to be one to watch in the future.

Thank you Grace for sharing these this week. I don’t know as my dear Dad always used to say ‘you can please some of the people (amazing sale with lots of bargains) some of the time but not all of the people (complaining about the dispatch of items) all of the time’. I am more than willing to wait to get my goodies at such a brilliant price. If I want them yesterday then I should be prepared to pay full wack for them. Xxxx
