A Moment of Clarity as we Travel Gently…

Hi there, Clarity friends. Stuart here with your Tuesday blog post…

Now, I think most of you probably know about this already, but I really wanted to put a little more light on our January Blog Tutorial Offers.

Instead of a full-blown sale this month, we thought we’d take things easy, nice and gently, treading lightly and basically not pushing our luck. It’s a season for pacing ourselves over the long-distance rather than sprinting!

So, every now and then (a few times a week, basically) we’re publishing craft tutorials on the blogs; Clarity Matters and Barbara Gray Blog.

Each tutorial is created by a top-notch crafter and is designed to be an easy to follow, fun to replicate project. Plus, we’re adding special offers to some of the ingredients used for each project which will last the entire month of January. So, if you’d like to create one of the projects but realise you’re missing a few key supplies, well, there’s a good chance now is a great time to purchase them.

You can check out the entire library by clicking the links or the image above and see what’s been launched so far!

Today’s project is a really cool one. Barb created this particular tutorial and it’s a very colourful, Gel Press and Alcohol Ink design. It uses our regal Elephant stencil with its patchwork composition and looks very artistic indeed.

We’d love to know what you think of the January Blog Tutorials and which one has been your favourite so far? Do leave your comments below or email me gallery@claritystamp.com with your comments or even a pic of your artwork for me to share on the blog?

Very exciting, huh? Well, before I go, we do have a little announcement for you all.

You see, here at Clarity, we’re travelling gently, treading lightly and taking one day at a time as we embrace the year ahead. When it comes to Facebook Live, Barb’s Clarity SHAC Shac has become a well established, favourite hang out for many Clarity friends, and will continue faithfully every Monday Wednesday and Friday at 10am.

But we’ve had another little moment of Clarity: a softly, softly, monthly show called just that: A Moment of Clarity.

Once a month on a Friday at 3pm, for just one hour, Barbara will showcase fab new Clarity products, do live demonstrations, show off lovely artwork, and pretend she’s at an exhibition! Just like the good old days! You’re invited to join in the banter, just like the SHAC, or simply watch and hang out with us. Paul Church will be there too, to help and support with links and advice. Of course, there’ll be great introductory prices on the new products, step by step bloggy projects, plus inspirational artwork to enjoy.

We’re looking forward to our monthly Moments of Clarity – and we hope you are, too! If you can’t make it at the FACEBOOK LIVE time, you can always catch up at your leisure on our Youtube Channel later.

Premiere Date for your Diary: Friday 22nd January at 3pm . See you there!

Thanks for joining me in today’s blog. I hope you’re excited by the news and if you want to be sure not to miss out on any Moment of Clarity announcements in future, be sure to sign up to our newsletter using the link below!

Well, that’s all from me folks.

Have a good one and remember, Clarity Matters!

Ooh, that sounds like fun. I love the way you are approaching 2021 and look forward to January, 22nd. It’s great to be getting so many step by steps and demos. It’s what it’s all about and what I love about Clarity, that you demonstrate how to use your products. Thank you. Hx

am loving the bloggy tutorials – such a great idea. I’ve meaning to get my gel press out and dust it off, and today’s project will really inspire me. have got the first ‘Moment of Clarity’ firmly in my diary as well. We may be travelling gently, but it’s still exciting!

HI Stuart, I have been loving all the tutorials, great inspiration and confidence-giving. This gel press tutorial is so beautiful, I have never tried alcohol inks on my gel press, I adore the pictures showing all the differences.
Lots of love from Patricia xxc

Hi Stuart. I love the tutorials but will order at the end of the month when infection rates should have dropped and some of the postmen are back from sick leave. I just hope I can remember things! Extra YouTubes sound wonderful.

I love the blog tutorials and have tried a couple that I had the ingredients for. I’ll be trying the elephant as I have things I can use for that too, until the ellie stencil arrives. I really enjoyed the flowers on the new frame stamps and did several with my friend when we had a crafty morning at the weekend. We did a gel press morning a couple of weeks ago so the elephant will be a great way to learn more (along with the Gelli programmes on Hochanda yesterday -they were really brilliant). Not a ‘groovist’ so won’t be doing that one but will try the others as they come along.

I am loving all the step by step tutorials, have done the backdrop stamp one so far, but my happy alphabet has now arrived so will have ago at that one next.
I think the Moment of Clarity will be a great hit too – a virtual craft show which is one of the things I have missed over the last 12 months – the buzz of the exhibition hall & meeting with friends around the displays on the Clarity stand. I think it will be along time if ever these shows will take place in real life so the virtual ones are the way forward & great that the team have come up with this plan.
