Handmade, not homemade

Hello! Grace here. Happy Sunday!

It’s been a chilled out weekend over here. We’ve stayed inside and enjoyed each others company. I of course haven’t gotten around to doing any of my Christmas decorations! But… I was going to be way ahead of schedule, so who cares?!

I’ve been looking at this beautiful artwork for my Sunday share and thinking about what my Mum said. These are exquisite. And we should call them ‘handmade’ not ‘homemade’. Like in the SHAC. Your artwork is high quality and worthy of being a gift, or something people would buy! So let’s call them Handmade cards. Not just homemade.

Have a look at my selection this week! Absolutely STUNNING.

Wowsa! What a talented bunch you are. I hope that whether your card is on this blog, or not, you have a sense of pride around your work. Because it really is next-level!!

Right, it’s only lunchtime here in NY… so perhaps I still have some time to put up that tree 😉

Don’t forget! We’re getting close to our Gray Friday sale! And will be having smaller sales throughout the week. Head over to my Mum’s blog today for details! It’s going to be a fun week with Clarity!

Lotsa love, Grace xo

Some great cards again Grace. I always get ideas from seeing other people’s work. I’ve done no crafting for the last 2 weeks as we are having work done in the house. Hope you enjoyed your weekend. x

Hi Grace, beautiful creations, I always get inspiration from looking at other peoples arty work, now just need the time to put it into practise. Your comment about decorations made me laugh, we decided to get a jump start and got all the boxes out of the loft, all 31 of them! The tree is up, now to start with the variety of decorations that go on it. No colour coordinating for us, just very traditional. Take care and stay safe everyone. Bx
