Wellbeing Wednesday!

Hello! Grace here.

I hope this finds you all well, healthy & happy.

This time last week, my precious Oma (German for Grandmother) was getting ready for her second hip replacement… A surgery she should have had back in May, but due to obvious global circumstances was delayed for months. How grateful we are that she was able to squeeze into this very small window. As you likely know already, the surgery went smoothly! She was back home by Saturday and is in full recovery mode as I type, surrounded by flowers 🙂

In the meantime, we asked you (though it was not mandatory) to post and share online some ‘Hip Hip Hooray’ artwork. And boy, did you!

I spent a hefty amount of time downloading & saving them. And yesterday put together an album on Clarity Worldwide for everyone to see! Check it out HERE.

We will be sharing all of these with Hilma soon!

Not only is it wonderful for someone to receive or see artwork made for them, it also gives us (the creators) purpose!

And on top of that… the collective positive thinking/energy created when you’re crafting with a purpose all adds up… surrounding my Oma last week when she really needed it. It all plays a part.

I found this photo online and it honestly summed up the word pretty perfectly…

There’s a reason why the PTC’s, the SHAC SHAC & the Groovi SHAC all have been so popular this year. Many of us get a lot more out of doing something with a PURPOSE. Whether that be because of accountability, a deadline or simply for someone else’s benefit.

So thank you again for crafting with such purpose for my lovely Oma. I truly believe it played a big part in how smoothly everything went for her 🙂 Literally hundreds of people thinking of her whilst they make something with love… and then her dear granddaughter spending time gathering them all together.
Positive positive positive.

I’m sorry if I missed any! It’s bound to happen. If you’d like me to add your missing artwork, or some new Hip Hip Hooray artwork please email it to me: grace@claritystamp.com

Lotsa love, Grace xo

Dear Grace thank you for creating that album. The artwork is gorgeous. It was nice to see my small effort included. Your Oma is going to love seeing the album. I do like to have a purpose when I craft it makes me focus. Wishing your Oma a speedy recovery. Take care. Hugs Jackie

What a wonderful idea to put together an album for your dear Oma – would have loved to see all that lovely work but sadly cannot as one is required to log in …. I don’t do social medias I’m afraid.
However, I note with joy that all went well with Oma’s hip replacement and she is back home with Opa!
Sending lots of loving thoughts – Jutta

Im sure your Oma loved all the beautiful artwork to wish her well. What a lovely idea to create this album – very special in these very odd times!! I too like a purpose to craft and that’s why so many of us love the Shac Shack with Mum‘s guidance and ideas, we havecall come a long way.

Wishing you and your family well especially Oma!

I haven’t joined in the Hip Hip Hooray as I’m now back at my office working more hours than ever but still wish Oma a very speedy recovery. Your picture of Purpose and the words across it sum up what Your mum Barbara and all the Clarity Team have meant to a lot of us during the last six months, and I’m sure some out there couldn’t of got through without you all. Thanks and best wishes to all x
