Slime!

Hi there, crafters. Happy Monday, to you. Have you been enjoying the Clarity birthday celebrations over on HOCHANDA? There are only two of the nineteen hours left, which we hope you can also join in with. And hasn’t there just been such a glorious abundance of new products launched for you all! And we do hope you know that YOU – the loyal Clarity customers – are very much at the forefront of our thinking when we design our new products. We always want to give you something different and useful. The brand new Antarctica designer Papers are a prime example. Barb was really specific in identifying the need for a predominantly blue colour palette for our Designer Papers, in order to broaden the scope of there use and appeal. Thoughtful, specific and intentional. For the sake of good crafting, and for the good of crafters. So, why not let us know in the comments which was your favourite new product over the weekend? Doesn’t matter if you didn’t buy anything, just let us know which you liked the best – then I’ll tell you my favourite ๐Ÿ˜‰

Speaking of parties, I went to a party at the weekend. A fourth birthday party – and it wasn’t for one of my own kids, either! Yep, I’ve finally hit that stage of life. Joy! And it was a slime party. Mmmm… I know, slim. I bet you didn’t even know slime was a specific thing, let alone something you could theme a party around. That’s right, folks. Slime is no longer a generic term for the silvery trail a slug leaves behind, the gunk you find in the u-bend when you unclog a sink or the stuff that drips from a child’s nose in the winter… Slime is an official thing, and it seems to come with glitter ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ!

Unfortunately, I can’t share any pictures because it wasn’t my back garden, but it was an event, I can tell you. Having said that – I’ll pause my disdain for when the goo is finally trodden into the carpet – because slime does a great job of keeping small children entertained for quite some time, and that is immensely valuable…

You just have to laugh at life, sometimes, don’t you?!

That goodness for our outlets – like crafting.

See you at 12? See you at 4?

Bye for now.

It’s difficult to just choose one so I am going for 3!!!!!
    – The Italian cities lace duet plates; Poppets; and Antarctica designer paper.
I also really like the baubles sampler and the nested hexagon from the Pergamano shows on Thursday!

I can’t just chose one either. I liked the Antarctica paper and the baubles sampler.

Good luck with the glitter slime. It’s been a huge hit in the states for a few years now. Very easy to make too, if you want more colors ;).

The card, as everyone can use it. See how I managed to get four products as one choice!

Slime was invented by people who don’t have to clear it up. Start a new trend.

Oh dear !! I ordered everything I didn’t already have so Poppet parchment and stamps, the new groovi plates, the papers, some extra folders, etc. etc. etc. My bank manager is in a coma – hahaha.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ˜œ

Slime? Yuk – what with the Poo series of items that are currently in vogue I wonder what on earth will come next. Don’t envy you the clear up.

    Stay safe๐Ÿ’

A favourite… That’s hard! I loved all the poppets and the poppet parchment. The papers are stunning, particularly Antartica. The stencils look great and go well with the poppets. The duet plates are great. I went a wee bit overboard and had to buy folders as well to store all my new goodies! My bank manager was last seen heading for the hills! Great weekend. Well done to Barb and Paul and all the best to everyone who is packing stuff. You are going to be very busy! Thank you. Hx

I liked the frames and birds best although they werenโ€™t the only thing which made their way into my basket.๐Ÿ˜

Loved most of it but we had to pull out for another car last week so funds are a bit short for now. Lovely new products and shows. Slime yes, our grandaughter was really into it a few years ago, it kept her amused for hours, ask her what she would like and it was always slime, glittery slime, confetti slime, she even made her own slime with her Mums help, all the plastic take away containers contained different coloured slime. Still it kept her happy for ages. You all deserve a rest after the busy birthday weekend.

Children creating with slime today could be the adults of the future creating with Clarity! Thankfully my youngest grandchild has gone through that stage now but worryingly is now obsessed with the Roblox computer game. My favourite is the Antarctica paper pad
