Happy Easter – However you spend your day…

Hi there, everyone! Steven here.

Happy Easter to you all!

I hope you are all having a lovely Easter Sunday so far. How are you spending your day? Sure, it’s probably different than usual but we have a lot to be grateful for, don’t we? The Sun is shining here in East Sussex, and I for one will be spending time in the garden with my wife and seven-month-old, Freya. In fact, I’ll be cooking a tasty BBQ. In the meantime, my wife, Kayleigh, will be baking a delicious banana loaf for dessert. Yummy! I consider myself to be very lucky.

Gardening, Crafting, Cooking, Baking, or catching up with Barbara’s doodling sessions on Facebook – we’d love to hear what you are getting up to?

No matter how you spend your day, we hope you stay Safe, Happy And Creative.

P.S For those of you who entered our Easter Egg Hunt competition, we’ll be announcing the winner on Tuesday’s Blog.

Until tomorrow…

Clarity Matters. It really does.

I’ll be FaceTiming my daughter to compare cards in our weekly mother-daughter challenge. Visit an isolated friend and weed her outdoor pots. Cook lunch. Watch Jesus Christ Superstar on the limited time screening (ends tonight) and spend some time in the garden. We can all enjoy the sunshine today before the huge drop in temperature forecast for tomorrow. Only temporary though. Happy Easter everyone. X

Hi Steven, Happy Easter to you and your family too, have a lovely day and hope you enjoy your barbeque and lovely Banana Cake. We had facetime with our Daughter and family last night and with our Son and his family this afternoon so that was lovely and cheered us up no end, we really missing being with them all though, hopefully it won’t be too much longer. Keep Safe. xx

All chores done for today. Catching up this on doodling and tracing out Tina’s flower plates this morning, they arrived yesterday, then doing some colouring and embossing this afternoon on in hand projects, then a special dinner and a couple of good films. That’s today taken care of.
Tomorrow we are going to do something more energetic as it will be cooler, but nothing too strenuous, probably download the Green Goddess workout.

Hi Steven enjoy your Sunday with your family, quiet Sunday here in Erith, we are normally at our caravan in Dymchurch but sadly they are all shut, but we have to play by rules.

    Happy Easter

It’s still pretty cold in my corner of the US (woke up to 28 deg F (-2 C)), but at least the sun is out. My large family is going to get together via Zoom. Not quite the same, but I’ll take anything I can get under the circumstances.

This is a good day to be thankful for the technology that is making this bearable.

    Hello Steven

Enjoy your day with your family, together with the barbecue and banana cake. Apart from the usual chores, I am working my way through Maria’s online stamping class.

    Stay safe,
    Love, Roz.xxx

Thanks, Steven. I hope you have a Happy Easter too. I caught up on the doodling yesterday and am working through the online theatre. The new version of Jesus Christ Superstar is brilliant, I enjoyed Flowers for Mrs Harris, Only the Brave was sad but wonderful, Jane Eyre was very clever, so what to choose now?! I’ll probably go for the Royal Albert Hall’s Alfie Boe concert this evening with a bit of weeding to work up to it. I have shopping to deliver to a friend too.

Happy Easter to all the Clarity crew. Had a day off from work today, so started with the online service posted by my church, then was able to chat to my sister & nieces on Zoom, and spent a happy couple of hours catching up on my doodling. Back into the fray tomorrow .
