YouTube Tuesday – Grunge Goes a Long Way

Hello Clarity family, Simon here, with another YouTube Tuesday.

We’re back with the first tutorial of 2020! We hope you had a great holiday season and New Year. We’re raring to go here on YouTube and Barb’s coming in with some New Year Grunge.

Never let it be said that so-called “dull” colours shouldn’t be used. Greys, browns and blacks can make a piece of art go from boring to interesting in a second.

Take a look at this! 👇

You see! Aged stucco would be a colour you look at and think “Grey? Really, what about pale blue or green? That would be much better” But have a little faith and just go for it. Combine it with the texture stamps and you can create something truly special with the unique patterns we’ve got for you.

Want to get your hands on these stamps? It’s not the only Mixed Impressions stamp set we have. Check them out below, all of our texture stamps are on offer as well as Tina’s Floral Spray and Aged Stucco Artistry Ink Pad (because we feel it doesn’t get much love).

Check out all of these products on our website here: https://claritystamp.com/collections/youtube-offers

Now in the coming weeks, as you all know, we are moving into new digs. Hooray! This will mean moving our recording studio. We will do our very best to bring you new content each week as we move as well as some behind the scenes videos of the move. So if we go quiet don’t panic, rest assured we will be back.

Right, Jordan!? Get out of the box fort, we need to get packing. I don’t care if you’re the baron of the castle! We need the boxes! Honestly!

Clarity Matters. It really does.

Simon

I love those texture stamps – so quick and versatile, but my gel press is feeling a bit neglected! Best of luck with the move. It’s bad enough moving house, but moving a whole business that has to keep operating must be a nightmare.

Loved Barb’s utube, have all the stamps but not played with them yet. Good luck for the move, must take lots of organising but I’m sure you’ll all do a brilliant job.
