Saturday Share!

Hello, Grace here.

How are you doing? Well, I hope!

Thank you for all your lovely comments on my blogs all the time. I do enjoy reading your responses. Thanks for the donut encouragement too! I didn’t participate in National Donut Day yesterday in the end, mainly because I’m trying to be healthy (at least during the week!).

But I do find it very entertaining that almost every day of the year is ‘National Something Day’, sometimes multiple somethings! It tickles me. Today is National Eyewear Day, National Queensland Day, Russian Language Day &… National YO-YO Day!!

Bet you didn’t know that 😀

Sunday just so happens to be National Chocolate Ice Cream Day… on a weekend. What a shame!

Check out this website!

Maybe find out what your birthday lands on! Mine is both National Puppy Day and World Meteorological Day. Hmmmm…

Although I’m a little annoyed that National Puppy Day doesn’t coincide with National Yo-Yo Day…

Couldn’t resist.

Both my Mums birthday and mine fall in March, which this year was… YOU GUESSED IT… ‘National Crafting Month’.

Hahahaha! Sorry, I’ll stop waffling.

On to my favourite art picks of the week!
There is so much fantastic artwork posted every week, but these are a handful that jumped out at me & stuck! And certainly worthy of being shown off.

Have a looksie…

Christine Wykes
Jeanette Walker
Diane McCummiskey
Margaret McCormack
Margaret Rogers
Frances Knott

These are all so wonderful and unique. I hope you get as much joy out of seeing them as I do choosing them. And most importantly, I hope you enjoy making them more than anything. Because that’s what really matters.

Stay safe & enjoy your weekends,

Lotsa Love, Grace xoxo

Wow! Thank you so much for sharing my first card along with the fantastic other ones. I really enjoyed making it and love doing this alot. Between this group, the doodling group and my stitching I don’t know what I’d have done during this lockdown. It’s all helped my mental health tremendously. Thank you so much for everything you do and for getting all my orders to me so quick. Xxx

Waffle away, Grace – it’s very entertaining. I don’t know how you choose work when people are so skilled and original. Give it a few weeks and you will have the wonderful wraps to admire as well. They will add a whole new dimension.

What beautiful diverse selection of makes. I love your random pieces of information you give us as it shows you do take a genuine interest in making the blog diverse and interesting (thank you). Have a great weekend with a good helping of ice-cream.

It’s National Cheesecake weekend in my house as I decided to make one yesterday. It is just lovely. Might need to freeze bits of it or I may never move again!! Enjoy National Ice Cream Day. You’re allowed a wee treat at the weekend and every day is the weekend just now so enjoy! Love your choice of cards, again. Nice to see Diane’s. Maybe she will believe me now that her card is really good!! Have a good weekend. Stay safe. See you on Tuesday. Hxx

I love reading your blog, well done for resisting the do nuts but chocolate ice cream ??
Yet again more lovely cards, couldn’t work out what Francis had used for her frame but then realised it is the legs off the chair – ingenious !! Missed a couple of them this week but that is the joy of Facebook.

Well done everyone on your beautiful cards. Thank-you for sharing them Grace. I shall have to check what day my Birthday falls on. I too am trying to eat healthier, wish I could get hubby to do the same. Think it is important at the moment especially. Have a good weekend. X X ❤️
