Saturday Share Time!

I hope this finds you well, safe, and enjoying a quiet Saturday morning.
We had a fun Friday night! Did you catch Mum on Facebook Live (or Youtube) last night? Her Moment Of Clarity sessions are BACK! It was great. You can catch up/craft along/find company here…
What a week it’s been over here in Brooklyn! We are officially moved. The new home office space is set up, the internet is working and the bed is put together. That’s about it though! hahaha. But what a relief it is to have finished the hardest parts of this! It’ll be a few weeks of unboxing and unpacking, but hey! ’tis a part of life. And we are very lucky! You only have to look around (particularly in NYC) and you remember exactly how lucky you are.
The lovely Jackie Couling (you’ve definitely seen her artwork shared within our communities) has kindly volunteered to do the Saturday Share selection this week, which I so appreciate! And Jackie picked absolutely perfect cards! Grab that cuppa and take some time to enjoy these favourites of the week…

Thank you, Jackie, for your help this week. You’ve made a cracking selection of faves. What a joy it is for me as well, to see what others love. I wholeheartedly agree with each and every one of the cards you picked.
The only reason there have been Saturday Share blogs this and last week is a huge thanks to Jackie Couling and Julie Campbell (who made last week’s selection). I really appreciate your offering to choose your favourites… it gave me the extra time to stay on top of other parts of my job during the move! You are absolute stars!!
Is there anyone else who would like to make a Saturday Share selection next week, before I take back the reins? I will be back in business the following week, but I have a couple surgical procedures to my mouth/jaw area next Tuesday, so foresee next week being a little difficult.
My theory was that if I crammed all of the stressful things into a 2 week period, it would mean we could get back to normal life sooner… and in time for Summer! Get it out of the way and all that! I still think it was a good idea.

Great news! Mum is on telly tomorrow. Will you be joining her? I hope so! She’s going to be demonstrating the floral SHAC designs.

Hi Grace, it was great to have the opportunity to choose some artwork but daunting and difficult, I didn’t want to stop ! So many lovely ones I had to leave behind too.

I learnt a few things from Barbara last night and gave me a bit of inspiration for stamping – I’m always doing Groovi and neglecting the stamps. The newer ones don’t see so complicated to use. I always love Sarah Brennan’s work with the colours she uses.
Glad you’re getting everything sorted in almost one go – as you say a lot of hard work but you will be back to normal (whatever that is!) soon.
