It’s that time of the week again!

Hello hello! Grace here.

I hope this finds you happy & safe this Saturday morning!

It is that time of the week again. Saturday! Didn’t this year fly? Kind of nuts actually. Not to be an alarmist, but Christmas… is 3 Saturday’s away. WHAT?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m ready for the seeing family & friends part, the love, food, Christmassy vibes and time off part. But I am in no way ready for the gifts or cards, or logistical stuff. It just snuck right up on me. Our flights are booked though. And the tree is up! I did it on November 30th 😉 So obviously this little fiancé has got something going!

Thank you so much for all of your lovely messages of congratulations on the last blog. We’re very chuffed 🙂 Mark has COVID, which isn’t great. But he’s feeling fine now and it’s cold outside anyway. Cosy weekend in!

As I settled down on Friday afternoon, and checked in on our Facebook communities, I found some absolutely glorious artwork to share with you this week. All found on Clarity Worldwide and Groovi Worldwide.
Grab a cup of tea or coffee (I’ve got Peppermint) and take a moment to slow down your day and enjoy these with me.

Cor! What fantastic artwork. It is so hard to choose just a handful each week, but these in particular spoke to me… for one reason or another. I think they’re absolutely brilliant. And yep, you’ve guessed it! I’m scrolling back up to enjoy them again, to take in all of the details 🙂

That last one though… I couldn’t help myself but pop it in this ‘ere gallery.

Mum always pings me texts with artwork she’s done in readiness for TV shows, and this one just blew me away. All masks! How is that even possible?? I shall have to watch on Sunday, to see how she does this; I want to know!

She will be on Create And Craft tomorrow (Sunday) from 3-5pm. It’s her last tv show of 2022. And this is not one to be missed! Scene building is what Mum does best, in my humble opinion. I have vivid memories of watching her create amazing scenes at various exhibitions all over the country, using masks/masking tape, brayers, inks, and Clarity stamps. I think this is what attracted so many to Clarity (and Mum) all those years ago. And this show is all about that! I’m looking forward to it myself.
Ahead of the show, you can check out some of our fantastic Design Team samples, HERE.
And Mum wrote a fab blog all about it too, artwork included. You should really go check it out, if you haven’t already! There are loads of INSANE design team samples shared THERE.
Please join us! It’ll be a great one.

Speaking of GREAT! A reminder… The annual Christmas Hunt has begun! This year, the elves have gone off on holiday and so the Gnomes are playing the game with us! The Gnome Hunt 2022!

Mum’s told me to look for them every day with you.. and I’ve never been terribly good at it, so this should be fun! There are new things to look for this year too. An anagram challenge! You can find all of the fun info HERE.
As always, if you ever need any assistance with anything Clarity-related, my email is Grace@claritystamp.com – I’ll almost always be able to point you in the right direction.

Right, that’s enough from me. I’ll be back tomorrow for a festive step-by-step project.
By the way! You can find every step-by-step project from Clarity Matters on our website, HERE. If you’re ever looking for inspiration, there are 110+ projects there! Put together by some of our design team members, those that make those crazy beautiful samples you see on tv and online. And with each project, there’s also a shopping list already created for you on the website. Makes life easy!

Okay, I’m actually done now. Happy Saturday!

Travel gently, friends.

Lotsa love, Grace xo

    Hello Grace
What a fantastic selection again this week. Well done to everyone who has been showcased here, especially our two East Northants Groovi Group members, Alison and Carol and to the three other people I know and have spent an enjoyable time with – Alex, Linda and Barbara.
Looking forward to two enjoyable hours tomorrow afternoon. Now I am off to try and find today’s gnome!

I honestly don’t know how you manage to whittle down all the amazing artwork that is posted each week but I’m so glad you do. I nearly fell of the chair when I read only 3 more Saturdays until Christmas Day!!! It’s amazing really it happens every year at the same time without fail and yet we all still scrabble around panicking at the last moment vowing to be more organised next year – I’m allowed to dream. Hope your Mark makes a swift recovery and that you don’t come down with it. Hope you have a good week xxxxx

Another week, another great selection of cards & projects.
Hope Mark feels better soon & that you don’t catch it or at least if you are going to – catch it now then you will be over it before your flights to the UK. Hopefully you will escape it.
Thanks for the reminder that Christmas is 3 weeks away. As others have said it suddenly creeps up on you. I try to be organised then realise I have forgotten something important so I am going to make a list in order of time critical such as cards to post & presents to be bought & wrapped so that they can be collected ready to be delivered on the day to other family members.
I like ticking things off the list once they are done.
Catch up with you tomorrow for this weeks Sunday project,
    Take care everyone xx

Oh my I really don’t know how some of the ‘Clarity family’ can produce so many beautiful cards in such a short space of time but they never disappoint. It’s amazing how many people who have got this far without catching covid are now coming down with it, despite being fully vaccinated. Hopefully Mark will be fully recovered by the time you need to travel. You are not alone being behind as it doesn’t matter how much time you think you have, it disappears before you know it. I too recall your Mums demonstrations at various venues. I still have the large ink pads with multi colours she used to use to brayer with and the brayer I purchased from her many years ago. Should be another good 2 hours of TV.

Hi Grace, Beautiful selection as always, I think the main thing is you’re coming home for Christmas. Hope Mark ditches the Covid and glad he feels a bit better. Main thing is protecting you now. I’ve decided to cut down on the making as it’s becoming a chore more than a pleasure and I want my hobby to be the latter. I never seem to get ahead and there are so many birthdays in December! At least you have a tree up. I’ll do ours when we get back from Cornwall after next weekend. Have a good week, looking forward to the shows. X

    Get well soon Mark.
Thanks for choosing my card but I just want to say that without Linda’s lovely plate, your Mum’s generous sharing of her time and talent for colouring, gold writing etc etc plus the inspiration of the design team and other contributors to the Facebook pages, I wouldn’t have a clue.

Didn’t manage to read your blog last week (visiting new Grandson) so I have just read that you and Mark have got engaged. Belated congratulations and best wishes to you both.
