Winners!

Hello hello! Grace here.

On a Tuesday? Yep, Stuart is out this week having a well earned rest, so you’ll be dealing with just myself, Steven and maybe Dave… if we’re lucky!

I’ve just had another round of trigger injections to the inside of my jaw, so I will keep this short and sweet. I just wanted to announce some winners!

Well, firstly… last Wednesday the lovely Linda Williams shared some TOP TIPS and EVEN MORE TOP TIPS with us on simple shading techniques. Very talented woman. And I asked you to email in your efforts for a chance to win a £25 gift voucher. Well… thank you for all of your submissions!

The brilliant winners are…

Gaynor Murray
Katharine Peace
Stephanie Cunningham

Congratulations!! I’ll arrange for those £25 gift vouchers to be sent to each of you. Aren’t they lovely images? I loved seeing you try out Linda’s specific techniques. Very effective! Thanks again Linda!

Now for another announcement of winners…

On Tuesday I asked you to tell me in the comments why you love Claritystamp… Oh boy! What an array of fantastic answers. I told my Mum “if you ever need a pick-me-up, go read the comments on Tuesday’s blog!”. You do flatter us.

But I could only pick 3 winners. RIGHT? Near impossible.

The WINNERS of the Sticker & Paper Bundle prize are…

Kathryn Guyers!
Jackie Hatton!
Sue Isherwood!

Congratulations! There were a few poems you see… and I love a good poem.

So please allow me to share two poems with you… both of these brilliant writers are winners. As well as Sue, for her wonderful comment.

Here goes…

I love the stamps, I love the stencils
I love all Groovi and all my pencils
With all the help for me to take
I love the cards that I can make
I love the fact that Facebook live
Has helped us crafters to survive
Barbara’s talent is freely shared
I can’t believe how much she’s cared
For all her fans, our mental health
With not a care to increase her wealth
Thank you all the clarity team
See our smiles, how they beam xxxx

-Kathryn Guyers

What can I say about Barbara and her team?
Friendly, creative, the best there’s ever been.
The last few months Barbara’s been up with the lark,
In the SHAC SHACK crafting, getting up in the dark.
From birds on a wire to a complex mandala,
Sometimes a download ‘cos some found it harder.
“There’s no rush, doesn’t matter how long it will take”
“Just keep practising, it’s a piece of cake”.
Always adding new crafts we can try,
From designer papers to a beautiful new die.
We shouldn’t forget Groovi and Pergamano,
If you’re not tried them you must give them a go.
I’m just about done, just one more thing to do…
Love to you all, and to Barbara a huge THANK YOU!!!

– Jackie Hatton

Too good not to share, right?!

You three, please email me to confirm your addresses and I’ll arrange to have those prize bundles sent to you!

Thank you ALL for the incredibly kind comments. It was great reading through them all, even if picking winners was particularly testing. Such a lovely community.

Right, I’m offski! 🙂

Lotsa love, Grace xo

Hi Grace, what great poems, how I wish I could think of something like that. I am sure the words are echoed by many of us who have found the daily now tri weekly SHAC Shack so helpful to get us through the difficult times we have found ourselves in. Along with the company & many friends we have made we have learnt or reawakened skills that we didn’t know we had. I have a folder full of all the projects we have done & the GROOVI SHAC projects plus a picture frame with some of the postcards mounted – it was shame to keep them in the folder . I also have a 2nd folder with projects that I have done with Maria & Hazel over lockdown.
The other thing that has amazed me is how far & wide the SHAC shack has reached.
Hope you feel ok after your last injections & you start to feel the benefit of them soon. x

    Congratulations to the winners!!!
Beautiful poems are these two you shared with us Grace!
My English had much improved through all the Shac Shack hours but writing a poem is a step too far I think.
Take care and hope Stuart has a great time of!!!
    Lots of love.
