It matters, it really does.

Hello hello, Grace in the building.

I hope you’ve all had a positive start to the week! I know many of us spent the weekend in full-blown craft mode, with the many many tv shows, demonstrations and new products on offer. We’ve been busy, you’ve been busy. But no-one busier than Barbara Gray! Hopefully she’s having a bit of a rest this week… as much as is possible at the moment anyway.

Thank you for all of your wonderful comments on last Saturday’s 27th birthday blog. I put aaaaall the names in a hat, and the winner of the £27 gift card is…

Sarah Wrightson

Sarah, please email me (grace@claritystamp) to confirm your information, and I’ll arrange this for you!

Anywho! Life feels a little lighter since we had that deep clean of the apartment two weekends back. Funny how that works. Now I just have to get back on the health-kick I was on through some of quarantine, and I’ll be lighter there too! One thing at a time though 😉

My good friend Jane Telford sent me a message this week that I must pass along to you. She told me that she’s received LOADS of stunning cards (since her surgery) to wish her well. She was ‘truly humbled by the kindness shown’. And ‘blown away by everyone who has taken time to send one’. Her own words. She also has run out of window ledges. Hahah! So a BIG thank you from Jane. And an even bigger one from me!

I love it when it works. That’s what this ‘family’ is about! We’re all in it together. I cry out ‘hey, let’s rally around this person’. And so you did. And now she’s on the mend 🙂 Positive energy is a real must.

So, thank you again to everyone who sent her a card, a message or a comment. It all adds up!

One ledge
Two ledge
Three ledge
No Ledge!!

So there ya go! Your wonderful cards (full of positive energy and good wishes) are placed all over Jane’s home. And she tells me it meant A LOT to receive them. How lovely is that?

Is there anyone else in your life that you think might love to receive a card? Maybe even for no reason? If someone just came to your mind… make & send them a card. There might just be a reason that is not yet clear 🙂

Clarity matters, it really does.

Lotsa love, Grace xo

Kind gestures do mean a lot. I read this quote last week – “A friend of words and not of deeds is like a garden full of weeds”. It is from a poem by Percy B Green and has taken poetic licence, by changing man to friend.
During the pandemic, it has even more significance, as so many more people have needed help and have felt unable to ask for it.
    Take care. 🙂 Annette X

    Hi Grace
Congratulations Sarah on your win. Have fun spending it.
So pleased to hear that Jane was pleased to receive all her cards that she received wishing her well. I do hope it was a lovely surprise for her.
I have managed to complete a card for the Groovi challenge 21. I enjoyed doing this. It normally takes me a few days to come up with an idea, so by the time I manage to complete the card, I tend to miss the deadline, so I’m quite chuffed with myself for finishing this one.
When I wanted to upload it, I went back to your blog for July 24th as I knew there was a link to the upload page.
    Take care and stay safe
    Love & Hugs

Thank you Grace for passing on my message of thanks. It has been very uplifting to receive so much love and good wishes. I am feeling a lot better but still have a little way to go to get back to 100% but I’ll get there.
